Clausen because he is more of a pocket passer while Colt is more of the mobile type. NFL is made for the pocket passer.

I'm going to go against the grain and say Colt. Clausen has a lot more pressure dumped on him and already has the label "life long groomed QB". Colt has looked good in workouts and did a fantastic job on his pro-day.

claussen. ive been watching this kid since high school. and hes been in tight spots before, but he has delivered. but the real reason is whats behind him, clausen has alot more to work with than mccoy. what that will mean is that he does not have to be thrown into the fire too soon. a solid running game will help and give time or development. sanchez had that time given to him, and by he time the end of season rolled around, he was money. clausen should be the same.

I would say Clausen. He had an advantage of playing in pro-style offense under Weis in Notre Dame. It should prepare him well for the NFL. Clausen may be a douchebag but I've watched plenty of Notre Dame games and that guy does really impress me with his decision-making and accuracy. He has all the tools to be a very good NFL QB. The Panthers definitely got a steal in the 2nd round.

I can't decide and like them both. I'll say this--I bet both have double the amount of wins and playoff appearances of Sam Bradford after 6 years in the NFL.
It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game

I bet Jimmy alone would have more playoff app then Sam will have in 6 years i think Colt may have 1 and thats depending on what the Browns do to build around him. Still think Colt will have a better career

My submission here will be based on the one who will consistently train and practice hard. Given natural features, it wiil be meaningless if it is not utilized to the maximum. However I think Colt McCoy QB Browns has a pro edge!!

But Clausen's ego was too big to go to USC.
