Seriously? That gets a bump?
Who cares?
Let's see him get on the court and actually play without breaking anything. Come on dude, guys with brittle bone disease probably shouldn't be playing...

By next summer they expect him to be 7'7" tall... and weigh about 236 pounds. This is an artist's rendering:

This is why this guy has so much potential. He can grow at will! Yao is going to be looking up to Randolph real soon, figuratively and literally

Seriously. Homer fanbases kill the PC board. Neither of these guys really deserve mention at all.

Most of them was with me posting facts and statistics to close this stupid thread but the homers just wouldn't listen to the voice of reality.

If that was the case, all record of Netsforce's existence would've been confiscated, duh.

Lionel Messi wrote:I was a huge fan of Randolph the moment I saw him in summer league. He should definitely surpass Beasley if he stays relatively healthy. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder and wants to be a real star.
No one can deny that he has the natural talent.
The main thing is Randolph has more will to be a defensive player, to pay his dues to become more skilled and upgrade his natural tools. Beas has had better shoot/score skills but has yet to expand it.
Last year AR MIGHT have been around 220,I'm rather surprised he's up to 235,but then over the summer as he's able to run,he may level off at about 230,which if his program is right, gets him more leverage without killing his quicks+ Hops. The advantage in length and explosiveness is all Randolph's. He has a J but it's not yet a big plus. He has handles but is still learning how to efficiently use that. He has played at 205--220,and yet rebounded well, usually defended well. More strength + Experience helps both of those. AR has a VERY broad spectrum of skills and few are polished close to what they should become. That's why GSW fans get so excited. The kid...when you hunt down his per minute numbers...ALREADY plays at the level of the avg NBA starting PF,but with inexcusably short minutes and a lot of raw rookie bits in his game that improve whenever he's free to PLAY and adapt.
It will be interesting to see if Beasley chooses to bring max effort onto the floor and also into his development. For now, that's what makes it easy to pick Randolph as the better future.
CENSORED... No comment.
