According to ESPN the Wizards are only averaging about 81.2% capacity, but this is a Saturday night. I see there is a promotion there if you bring a losing lottery ticket you get a ticket for $6. I don't care where I sit but I just want to know if this seems ok. I'm driving down from PA which is about 3.5 hours and a 45 minute or so ride on the metro, it may seem a little crazy so I want to be sure.

Of course if anyone has a ticket to sell to me please let me know. I'll probably need two but I'm not sure if I'm going alone or not.

You won't have any problems getting tickets.

Lots of inventory on StubHub at below the gate price, some with electronic delivery. Box office and F St. are also options. As fishercob says, no problem.

quick update -

getting the run-around from the sales guys

re-cap - I got 2 seats in 107 row p which was supposedly a $50/seat
for the last season for $31/seat. The invoice for renewal came back at the
$50 price. I ain't paying 60% increase for these seats which are decent but
not GREAT seats. They found a note in my file that said I understood that
this was strictly a one year deal. OK. But they seem unable or unwilling
to move me back one or 2 rows and instead want to move me above
the concourse still in 107 or to another section, again near the back of
that section. I'm not jumping on that opportunity. After a disastrous season
like last one, I'll re-up for similar seats for the same $$ but I won't accept
significantly worse seats for the same money nor will I accept a $1600 increase
for the same seats.

I reupped for the same seats at the same price and I waited till the last day and I don't think I would have paid more or accepted a downgrade.

Further, the website failed, and they charged my credit card all at once, rather than the 10-month payment plan. When they sent a form to correct the error, it was in PowerPoint format. Who has forms in PowerPoint format? Answer: The Wizards. Maybe it's not just the medical staff. Maybe it's the entire organization.

quick update - I had re-upped, had to accept slightly worse seats.
Just heard from my rep a moment ago and am informed he
moved me to within one row of where I was last year.

And it sounds like I have the seats right next to 'proof.
That could be interesting and advantageous as well
for games we want to sell.

If you don't mind me asking, what are season tickets going for nowadays? I'm legit interested this year, if only because of John Wall. I'd probably get a 10 game plan or a 21 game plan.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

it totally depends on

1. where you want to sit

2. whether you go for a full or partial plan.

obviously

good seats cost more

and

the more you buy, the better they sweeten the deal

I think the seats we have in 107 are a really good deal.
Full season they are 'only' $31/tix. Same tickets with the
AS game package (~13 games) are closer to $50.

Wall has been great for biz already, I think 700 plans were sold the count I heard.
