New Moderator: Floppymoose

Post#1 » by Curtis Lemansky » Fri May 28, 2010 6:30 am

That time has come for Fantasy Basketball board to add a new moderator to its staff ! After deliberating with the RealGM Staff, the decision has been made to appoint floppymoose as a moderator to Fantasy Basketball board. He has been a moderator on Golden State board for awhile and he is also working for Yahoo Fantasy Sports. He has in depth knowledge about fantasy basketball and will make a wonderful addition to our staff.

Please join me in welcoming floppymoose as the newest moderator of the RealGM Fantasy Basketball community.

I'll be extra calm here, instead of my occasionally tempestuous self over on the Warriors forum.

Looking forward to playing the fantasy with you all on the internets.

I also work for Yahoo Fantasy Sports as an engineer, so if Yahoo does something relevant to what we are doing here, I'll give you all a shout.

...and my fantasy prowess may have been exaggerated. I told Howard I was a 9 on a 1 to 10 scale. But it's probably more like a 7.5 for playing ability, and a 10 for understanding the game implementations and what is possible on the Yahoo site. Plus of course there's my supermodel good looks, and my world class humbleness.

The real record of my limited but enthusiastic nba fantasy exploits can be seen here:

Ignore the Tourney Pickem entries - those are college bball which I know nothing about.

The Realgm leagues and the ysports leagues were the most competitive ones.

My advice: don't draft Chris Paul with the #1 pick last season.

Howamidoin?
