I found it. I guess the puck hit Kopecky on the Hawks bench but play continued and 20 seconds later Kopecky put the puck in the net.

Didn't the Hawks not get a single PP the entire game or something? I missed most of the game because of a family thing + Lakers/Suns + UFC.

Philadelphia had 5 power plays to our 0. I'm not mad at the penalties that were called on us but there were a ton of missed calls on the Flyers.

It'll be the story of your life for the next week or so. They get away with a TON of calls because they have that "reputation". I find Boston gets away with a lot of calls; Chara in particular, but NOTHING in comparison to the Flyers team in general. They high stick and crosscheck like it's going out of style.

It's amazing what one goal can do for you in hockey. That's like the 4th time in these playoffs the Hawks have scored 2 goals in 1 minute or less.

Another lucky win for the Blackhawks. That whole period felt like a 20 minute PK.

Yeah the Hawks were really running around, but Niemi made some big saves (though he seemed to lose track of the puck a whole lot) to keep them in it. Glad to see the Hawks go up 2-0! Hopefully they play better in Philly though, they're gonna need to be on their game in that building.

The Hawks just have to go into Philly and take a split. They've played better on the road than at home in these playoffs. Preferably take game 3 and go up 3-0. There's no way the Flyers are coming back from 3-0 again and the Blackhawks are not the Boston Bruins.

Epic hit, lol.

I've always hated Pronger, but now he's just making himself look more and more like an idiot with his puck stealing shenanigans.

Just about to post this. what a douche.

Im rooting for the Flyers this series, but i will take solace in the fact that, if Chicago wins, Pronger will not get another cup. He is possibly my least favorite pro athlete

I'm the opposite. I've always liked Pronger, but I can't stand when Montreal plays against him. He's so dirty, but he also lays out some pretty epic body checks, as evidenced by one of the best hits in hockey history:

Kopecky screaming at Carcillo after he hits Carter is the best part.

Anything can happen man. The bruins were playing better than any team in the playoffs before the collapse.

That's right. Flyers are never more dangerous than when cornered. Hockey is a game that can go either way much easier than sports such as basketball. A #7 and a #8 seed reached the Eastern Finals. Chicago finished the season as an elite team in the West, but Game 1 and Game 2 were decided by a goal. I thought Chicago played much more aggressive and dominated Game 2, neither game were one-sided. Cannot wait for Game 3 tomorrow in Philadelphia.

That's a goal.

If Philly wasn't going to score after that 'miss' I would think the momentum swung to the Hawks. They needed that goal.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'
