Daly isn't on the roster from what I can see. I wouldn't get too upset about McDade's exclusion...minor league all-star rosters are usually designed to ensure that every team gets a roughly-equal number of spots.

Dunedin closer Matt Daly was added to the team as a substitution after Tampa pitcher Hector Noesi was promoted to Double-A. ....
