And switch Green for Kapono (much needed shooter).

We are a fuzz over the tax, with some roster pieces that just don't fit well together, especially now that we are looking to add turner. Philly would be fine with swapping Kapono for Green, though Green really isn't a bad shooter (and better all around player).

This one is pretty OK, but the fact that we need a point guard will mess that up for me.

Ah, i figured you guys were set there with either mayo or conley? If you took Kapono instead of Green, philly could throw in some money for the purchase of a 2nd round pick that could be used on a PG (not much different in a pg who goes 28 or 38 in this draft, imo).

Depending on who was there - I'd make that move. If that landed the Grizz Aminu, Monroe or Johnson - oh yeah...

The Cavaliers will look to trade guard Delonte West this summer.

The Cavaliers don't currently own a pick in next month's NBA Draft, but that could change.

Bob Finnan of the News-Herald writes that Cleveland will attempt to buy a first-round pick.

As a Seattle Sonics fan I watched West for a season. He really is a streaky player. Sometimes he can change the momentum but other times he can really do some questionable things. You take the good with the bad. He's certainly not a consistant player that can be counted on to be a stable veteran presence.

I also like fellow Cav Anthony Parker.

If LeBron leaves, I could see the Cavs putting him on the trading block. Smart veteran who can come off the bench to knock down threes and play solid defense.

Delonte probably won't be involved in a deal forjust for a draft pick. Instead he'll be used as part of a bigger deal for an impact player (Gay? ) because it'd be a waste of his appealing contract when late 1sts/early 2nds are almost always for sale.

Now THAT's funny. There's nothing (short of the King) on the Cav's roster that would worth exploring in a S&T for Rudy.

Yeah, since losing him for nothing is better. But whatever you say...

Portland fan here... I come in peace.

Is there any chance of a Oden / Conley reunion? I would love to see it, and was wondering... What would it take to make Conley a Blazer? Is Bayless, Fernandez, #22 and cash enough? Close?

Other Portland assets: Webster / Cunningham / Pendergraff / Mills / Rights to Claver

THANKS!!!

The problem is Conley is the only PG on the roster.

If the Grizzlies got an upgrade, they would trade Conley.

Not sure if that deal is worth it. Bayless hasn't proven he's a PG (but I do like him) and Fernandez is one dimensional. #22 is kind of worthless with three first rounders already.

Bayless is nothing close to being a pg, he's basically a less talented OJ Mayo that's half as good at everything

Pass. Don't think the Grizzlies are interested in lateral moves.

Don't really see the point in doing that for Memphis. The difference between 9 and 12 is diminutive at best. Plus it would likely mean that the Grizzlies would be taking Babbitt. I'd much rather take Paul George (who is a significantly better prospect than Babbitt IMO) at 12, a point guard/combo guard at 25, and a PF/C at 28 than come out of the draft with only Luke Babbitt.
