I wonder if the increase of posts will continue after two big let downs in the last series.

One of the two teams will get swept or win two games.

I honestly think it could go either way this series seeing that they don't have their ace this series and neither do we.

Sabathia is 0-2 with an ERA over 6 in his last five starts.

Their other 4 starters have gone at least 7 innings and given up only 1 run in their last start.

1-2 and at least one late inning meltdown. It's so easy to predict the Jays when they play top teams.

calling a sweep for the J's. Three young guns come out throwin' it, and they love to throw it at home. Screw the Yanks!

3-0 Jays. Hopefully they learned a lot from the Rays series. The Rays probably prepared them well to face the Yankees.

Need to get rid of the bad taste of the last series. 2 wins would be great and a sweep would be even better :D

4 games out of 3 and I'm golden.

I agree with you. I think we can take 2 outta 3. Morrow referenced in his last start how he's starting to believe in pitching as opposed to throwing it by guys, and usually the jays do alright against Vazquez, and ofcouse Cecil VS AJ will be a good game. We'll struggle aginast Petitte though, even with Slick Rick on the mound. There's a chance for 2 outta 3

I think we can definitely take 2 out of three. We had the Rays beat in each of the three games we played against them. Our bullpen stunk out the joint, but they have been fairly reliable throughout the season.

It won't be an easy series, by any stretch of the imagination, but we have Cecil and Romero pitching. They both have been on fire lately. Hopefully they keep pitching at a high level. I'm a little worried about Morrow. He's been pitching better of late as well but he is a total Jeykll and Hyde type player and the Yankees might just eat him alive. I hope we see good Morrow this weekend.

Hopefully we'll see some fans there as well.

Yankees always bring fans with them, the stadium should at least have 20,000 people in it, probably/hopefully more. Rowdy fans, too.

Hopefully we take 2, we certainly have the ability to do it. Should be fun, although it is to my everlasting hatred of evening jobs that I will not be around to watch any of the three games. *shakes fist*

My girlfriend who likely can only name 3 Blue Jays is going with her work... Me? I'm stuck in Bellevegas watching it at home.

Such is life...
