He is reported to be sad to leaving Miami after all these years, but hopes he can replicate the success with the Western team.

Ronnie Brewer has today signed an offer sheet with the Sacramento Kings. Although he received lots of similar offers, he feels if he leaves Memphis he'll be excited to join such a talented young team.

Cleveland Cavaliers have today announced 3 Free Agent signings:

SF - Travis Outlaw - 3 years MLE ($5.5m per year, flat)
PG - Kyle Lowry - 2 years BAE (2nd year player option)
C - Jarron Collins - vet minimum.

Lowry in particular was disappointed with lack of interest in him, but is determined to prove his worth in 2 years in Cleveland, and hopefully land a bigger contract at a later date.

LA Clippers are proud to announce their new starting Center is none other than Jermaine O'Neal. Jermaine has accepted a 5 year, $30m offer with the LA team. Jermaine received a lot of offers, but none gave him both the money and the prospect of starting, outside of LA's offer.

Orlando Magic have finally signed themselves a backup point guard; journeyman Carlos Arroyo joins the team after receving a 2 year deal using part of the MLE, $2.6m per year over 2 years.

Orlando have also got another former player returning home, this time via S&T. That man is none other than Shaquille O'Neal for 2 years totalling $14,418,080. Going to Cleveland as part of the trade are Francisco Garcia and Ryan Anderson.

Milwaukee Bucks have struck a deal with Luke Ridnour, which sees him return to Milwaukee for another 2 seasons, at $3.75m per year. It was always his intention to return to Milwaukee, however his agent noted his client was a little unflattered by the interest he received.

Charlotte Bobcats have signed Nate Robinson to the full MLE over 4 years. Nate replaces Felton, and Charlotte hope he returns to his better days under Jordan's reign.

Phoenix Suns have today announced Lou Amundson has put pen to paper on a 4 year deal. The deal is thought to be in the region of $2m per year with the 4th year a team option. Lou received similar offers elsewhere, but feels loyal to Phoenix and has enjoyed his time there

Toronto Raptors meanwhile have been busy signing a power forward. Amir Johnson returns to the team, having put pen to paper on a 4 year, $22.5m deal, with his final year a team option.

Golden State Warriors have re-signed Anthony Morrow to the MLE (his maximum), length of contract tbc.. With the offer to be part of a trade lined up ahead (to be announced by GSW); Morrow is exited to be part of something special in the future.

Derek Fisher has re-signed with the LA Lakers. Terms of the deal are believed to be $3m yr 1, $3.5m year 2 (Team Option). "Derek didn't have to think twice about other offers" his agent said; "his home is LA and he told me that's where he's gonna stay".

David Lee has today arrived in Boston and put pen to paper on a lucrative 5 year deal worth $60m.

Lee is delighted to have joined the famous Boston franchise, and is excited to be part of the young team going fowards.

David was all smiles this afternoon after talking to the Boston media. He is thrilled about the chance to play for one of the most storied franchises in NBA history, and was even happier when he realized that #42 was one of the few numbers not in the rafters. David kept repeating that Boston will be the shocker of the Eastern Conferance this season and Chicago and Miami better "watch out". After days of working out offers, Dallas have finally agreed on a S&T for John Salmons.

Salmons noted he's been extremely excited to join Dallas since the team first expressed interest in him prior to free agency, and that he's looking forward to joining the teams summer camp.

As part of the deal, Dallas will be sending Jason Terry back to Milwaukee.

Dallas is glad to have finally found a way to get Salmons in a Mavs uniform the organization has kept a close eye on him since his break out year in Sac...I feel he can come in and contribute straight off the bench and at times will start in case it is a bad matchup for Martin who is not relatively know for his defense....Anyways Salmons is already in American Airlines Center working on his game with other players on the roster, trying to see what he can do to help the team...

Cleveland:

Today Cleveland announced to its rather distressed fan-base, the signing of three new free agents.



Cleveland sign former Los Angeles Clipper and Portland Trail Blazers, Travis Outlaw, to a contract on the mid-level exception. Outlaw was promised a starting role for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Outlaw is pleased that he finally has been given a chance to start in the NBA.



Cleveland have also signed former Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets point guard, Kyle Lowry, to fill the role of back-up Point Guard. He was disappointed by the lack of offers by other teams and was pleased to find a good role on the Cleveland rotation.



Cleveland have also signed center, Jarron Collins, to the veteran minimum to play at the third string Center position.

The Orlando Magic proudly welcomes back Carlos Arroyo. We didn't want to let go of him in the first place, but it's better late than never. We are impressed how he led the Miami Heat offense and how smoothly he organized it during their 47 win season. Miami's Erik Spoelstra and our own Stan Van Gundy both experienced Pat Riley's system....so we do not have any doubts that Carlos' knowledge regarding our system vanished since ours and the Heat's are similarly built.

We would also like to give a warm welcome to Shaquille O'Neal. We all feel that Shaq can mentor Greg Oden very well and bring more animation to the locker room. We would also play him reasonable minutes and give him a decent chance to win a ring before he leaves the league.

Utah Jazz have today announced they have re-signed Wesley Matthews to a 5 year deal.

Wesley is set to earn $4m per year over 5 years, with his 5th year being a player option.

Wesley was delighted by the opportunity Utah gave him last year; he enjoys playing alongside Deron Williams and wanted to repay the faith shown in him by the franchise in committing his next few seasons there.

He has been busy working in the gym this offseason, looking to add a more consistent long-range jumpshot to his game.

The Cleveland Cavaliers announced new players to their fan base for the second time in two days. This time, three players were announced to the crowd in attendance. One came in as a result of the LeBron S+T and the other two as a result of a Shaquille O'Neal S+T.



Courtney Lee came in as a result of the Bulls S+T deal. He is expected to start for the Cavaliers in the fall after an impressive year with the Nets. He is a good three point shooter and will compliment Stuckey nicely in the back-court.



Ryan Anderson came in as a result of the S+T with the Magic. Cleveland wants him to fill the role of back-up center and likes his potential as he is still very young. The franchise was also attracted to his ability to shoot the outside jumpshot.



Thirdly, Francisco Garcia was announced as the new back-up small forward to Travis Outlaw. Once again, the Cavaliers were attracted by his experience and his three-point shooting. In these two sign-and-trade deals, Cleveland added three three-point shooters. The franchise believes that any bubble playoff team with three-point talent should have an advantage over competing sides.

Under our final depth chart we fully expect to qualify for the 2011 playoffs.

Perhaps the most notable free agent remaining, Ray Allen has made his decision to join New Jersey. Terms of the deal are 3 years, $9m per year. Ray hopes to be a mentor to this young team in his final years.

Randy Foye will be joining LAC, on a contract worth $4m per year, over 5 years. The deal will be a S&T, with terms to be revealed later.

Josh Childress has agreed to return to the NBA and sign with the Atlanta Hawks for the full MLE over 5 years. He has already approved his upcoming trade, which will be revealed shortly.

JJ Reddick will be returning to the Orlando Magic, on a 2 year deal worth $4.5m per year. Reddick received lots of offers, however his preference was always to remain in Orlando and none of his offers would have seen him earn more.

Josh Boone has signed an offer sheet worth $5m over 2 years with the Indiana Pacers. New Jersey has 24 hours to match

Jamaal Magliore will be returning to Miami Heat this summer, on a 1 year deal worth $1,352,181. He will be joined by Quentin Richardson, on the same deal.

Boston Celtics have announced the the signing of 2 players today. Boston have agreed terms with Steve Blake ($9m over 3 years) and Anthony Tolliver ($4.25m over 2 years, with a 3rd year team option).

Shaun Livinsgton has decided on his future. He will be accepting $2m over one year to join the Minnesota Timberwolves, and hopes to use it as a springboard to revive his career.

Jason Williams will be joining the New Orleans Hornets to back up Chris Paul. He will be signing a 2 year contract to the Bi-Annual Exception.

Tony Allen will be signing with the LA Lakers to the full BAE. He feels LA gives him the best chance to win a ring.

Kyle Korver has announced he will be signing with the Phoenix Suns. He is excited to be offered a significant role with the rebuilding team. Terms of the contract are believed to be $20.3m over 4 years with the final year a player option.

Jerry Stackhouse has announced he will be signing a 1 year, vet minimum deal with the Orlando Magic. Jerry is exited to join a great team just minutes from his retirement home.

Houston Rockets have signed Shannon Brown to the full MLE, flat over 3 years. The deal is worth a total of $16.5m

Josh Howard has agreed a 2 year deal worth $10m with the Sacramento Kings Josh is excited to join the young team and play an important role in their efforts to return to the playoffs.

Dorell Wright has decided to move a north in Florida to the Orlando Magic. Orlando will be signing him to the remainder of the MLE, $2.9m per year over 4 years, with an ETO after the second year. DWright admitted a large part of his decision came from the fact Florida was his home.

Hakim Warrick has signed with the Sacramento Kings. He will be earning $9m over 3 years, with the 3rd year being a player option.

Darko Milicic will be joining the Washington Wizards in a deal worth $7.5m over 3 years.

Erick Dampier has announced his return to Dallas. He hopes to finish his career in the city he has made his home, and has signed a 2 year deal to the BAE.

And finally, Channing Frye has accepted an MLE offer over 5 years to join the LA Lakers. He received several similar offers, however he feels LA is the best place for him to win a ring, and added he is excited to be playing alongside Kobe Bryant.
