We better trade the 16 and 23 to move up.

exactly. This is the strongest argument for not standing pat.

I guess Motiejunas even thogh he fails the name pronunciation test.

This scenario sucks. I don't like any of the players left. We'd better trade up.

If we are stuck here, I guess we take James Anderson.

I'll take Motiejunas. He's probably better value than trading for a future first, since we'd be able to trade him for a pick higher than 16 next year.

Trade the pick to Portland for Rudy Fernandez.

Since I'm picking for Por, I either take Damien James or more likely Orton/Montejunas.

Ugh. This would be totally brutal. Toss up between Montiejunas and Anderson in this horrible situation.

Montiejunas I guess.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Upon further thought, this zany (basically impossible) idea popped into my head:

MN out: pick 16
MN in: Rudy and 24

THEN

MN out: 23 and 24
MN in: a pick HIGHER than 16, and we nab the wing we want.

I would be very impressed if Kahn could out-Pritchard Pritchard.

Doesn't Lithuanian have buyout issues? I don't think he's a realistic option here. I'll go James Anderson. If was going to go for a European, I'd probably go with Seraphin.

I think Seraphin would be there at 23 if we wanted him. If we're keeping all of the picks and we take Cousins at 4, then I want a perimeter player at 16. I'd go with Anderson.

Haha worst case scenario for sure. I guess it's Anderson just to fill a need, even though draftexpress has him available a little later on.

Although the chances the draft actually goes like this is close to zero

I wouldn't even take Anderson at 23.

Anderson - I don't know if I'd want Motiejunas and Cousins pairing in the frontcourt... especially if Love or Al are the 3rd big. There's no great defender in that bunch.
