Actually, the assistant GM, Chris Grant, is taking over.
well obviously someone has to take over for NOW, is he going to be the GM going forward or is it a temp thing?

When they drafted LeBron in 2003.

If Toronto is good with this deal, all of a sudden the Cavs can pitch the "LeBron + Bosh" angle to these guys...only Cleveland has a far better roster for them to come and join and all things being equal I think LeBron would like to stay in Cleveland and not close the show without winning titles. Plus LeBron could then sell Bosh on Cleveland+$30 million extra.

So he is not already? He has not even won a championship yet.

Toronto dumps Bosh, Hedo, and Calderon for expiring contracts, Delonte's Dampier type of contract, 3 future first round picks, and Rudy Fernandez/JJ Hickson for the future.

Unfortunately the Knicks have no team ...

In NY he could have a great team and be famous. If Cleveland trades for Yao then they trade some good players and arent very good. (assuming the rumors are true that Yao wont be 100% this season)
