Giants at Pirates June 4-6

Post#1 » by Stanford » Fri Jun 4, 2010 10:02 pm

Game 1: Jonathan Sanchez, LHP (3-4, 2.90) vs. Zach Duke, LHP (3-5, 5.09)
Game 2: Todd Wellemeyer, RHP (3-4, 5.03) vs. Paul Maholm, LHP (3-4, 3.90)
Game 3: Tim Lincecum, RHP (5-2, 3.14) vs. Ross Ohlendorf, RHP (0-3, 4.26)

Sanchez and then two stinkers. Fingers crossed.

Thunderstorms tomorrow, too, with showers and more bad weather on Sunday. Great.

Game on, friends! It starts at 10 ET, so perfect timing for us Giants fans. Except for those fans who actually have lives and decided to go out on a Friday night. :(

So will anyone disagree with me when I say that Pablo has taken over Molina's spot as the double play king?

Don't won't get any disagreement from me, although I'd say they're equally as bad.

Panda just plain sucks right now.

I blame Bochy and Sabean for another inevitable loss. Molina sucks ass, and if there was a brain inside that melonhead, Bochy would finally take him out of the lineup. Then Posey can play at catcher, his natural position, and there wouldn't have been an error. Instead, Sanchez doesn't know what to do when anything goes wrong, so he blows up after the error, and the lineup is too shtty to come back and get 4 runs. And now Sabean will blame another loss on a young player and send down Buster to the minors, and Bochy will get to keep on stickin Rowand and Molina in the lineup. I was wrong in the other thread, those two sucked, have always sucked, and will always suck, getting millions of dollars along the way.

My pessimism helps the team.

Pablo and Rowand are just terrible this year. Horrid.

At least Rowand was superman for this team earlier in this year. Pablo........not so much.

And what's this? 3 HR's in ONE game? Seriously, someone be a stat guru and look up the last time we've hit 3 HR's in one game.

Is it possible that we might actually win a game with our offense? :o
