Well I'm pretty confident in saying LeBron's not coming to the knicks. He'll probably stay in cleveland, IMO

lol weren't you leaving like 3 different times?

What's so terrible with that statement? Outside of the corridors of the knicks forum, Gallo and Bargnani are actually very comparable.

Except that Bargnani's better right now

The fact that Gallo plays another position? or the fact that they play differently?

they must be the same player though since Gallo is white, Bargs is white. Gallo is tall, Bargs is tall. Gallo is Italian, Bargs is Italian. Gallo is a good three point shooter, Bargs is a good three point shooter.

Except they play different games. Gallo can take the ball and drive into the lane or play pick and roll ala Hedo. Gallo is a different player and a better one. But obviously go ahead and listen to guys that have barely if ever watched him play.

Gallinari is just as good as Bargnani is now.

I thought that was a good interview by Larry King. He did a nice job of preparing for the interview because I'm not sure he's an avid NBA fan

Haha, that Legendary 33 guy tries way too hard. Bulls fans wonder why we're not so willing to discuss the NBA with them?

Sounds like the Bulls are on the verge of hiring Tom Thibodeau FWIW.

How would that help in the Lebron sweepstakes? Didn't Lebron already have a defensive minded coach?

Thibodeau's agent is Worldwide Wes. I doubt it means anything though.

Wes again?

Frankly, I've never really cared about his possible role in all of this. I know some of my fellow Knick fans finds his words about the Knicks very encouraging, but this guy...We don't even know what he really does, or if he even wants to influence Lebron's decision. Because Lebron would make a crap ton of money from either team, so....

Don't doubt Wes' involvement in all this. He is one of the most trusted people in basketball to these players.

Yeah I know, right? You know, because they're both Italian...

You seem like one of those fools who thinks him and his team are better than the rest and better than what they really are. You should lower that high opinion of yourself and team because it's not really warranted.

In reality, your team is nothing special. A nice core, sure. Rose is a good player. Not great, but good. Noah is also a good defensive player. Very good, if not great. But offensively he sucks. Then you have some other OK pieces like Heinrich and whatnot. That's good. But don't be throwing out names like Taj Gibson. Please. This guy is a backup in the NBA. I hate it when homers overrate their own players, i.e Bulls fans with Gibson and James Johnson. Relax yourself. These players aren't world beaters by any stretch of the imagination. They are role players at best.

Now lets get down to the nitty gritty. It's obvious that you either forgot about the post-Jordan Era or you simply are too wrong to remember it. Well, let me remind you that while you can come on this forum and try to misquote a forum member so you can apparently laugh in your moms' basement over their opinion, you also have to remember that I laugh at the Bulls any time I remember the days of Khalid El-Amin, Michael Ruffin, Marcus Fizer, Bryce Drew, AJ Guyon, Dalibor Bagaric, Corey Benjamin, Kornel David, Jake Voshkul, Dragan Tarlac and the rest of the legendary post-Jordan era Bulls roster. Lets not also forget all-time Bulls greats like Tyson Chandler and Eddy Curry. No, we can't forget those two.

You see, you have no room to make fun of anyone. Just because you happened to piece a mediocre 1st round exit team the last few years and then got lucky in the lottery with Rose doesn't mean you are a model of intelligent management. You should be bowing down to Isiah for giving you the resources to build your team. For 2 years in a row he provided you with expiring contracts and draft picks to build your team. Without that you'd be signing guys like Ben Wallace to big deals. Oh wait...

Anyway, I like how you conveniently didn't respond to my comment. Avoidance is something you have mastered when it doesn't suit your lame and pathetic argument. Please do everyone a favor and destroy your internet connection so we don't have to read anymore of your terrible posts on this forum. Thank you and have a goodnight.

I think an interesting comment from the Larry King interview was his college choice.

He said he would have decided between Ohio State (home) or North Carolina (Jordan, franchise legacy).

Is his thinking the same now as free agency looms? Home in Cleveland like he said has the edge, versus Jordan and Bulls legacy? Of course the Knicks are the most storied franchise and one of the oldest, so it can mean them too.

Probably nothing, just thought it was interesting

Top 5 for sure.

Celtics, Lakers, Bulls, 76ers, Knicks in no particular order.

That, "most storied franchise" line from the interview puzzled me as well. Sure, you can make a pretty nice argument in favor of the Knicks, but you really can't beat Boston/LA in this case.

But hey, so long as Lebron agrees with the idea, I'm cool.

If we are talking about rings how about the Spurs.

Are the Spurs really a storied franchise though? They've been great this past decade that's for sure.

did Lebron really say that? i dont believe it. why would he want to play at UNC under Jordan's shadow? It must have been said with tongue in cheek

Playing at the same college is not the same thing as playing for the same NBA team. Not even close.
