James Anderson.. Joe's replacement?

Post#1 » by geeman » Sat Jun 5, 2010 3:40 pm

Guy has a complete game. he can score like joe, but he has hops and can take the ball to the hole
thoughts. I think we canot think next year, we have to think 2 to 3 years to contend at this point.

Jamal Crawford is already going to be Joe's replacement if he flees, so we need to focus on our bench, and add players with size that can actually be productive. If we happen to select a 2 guard they'll come off our bench to learn and possibly have a key part if they prove themselves.

he has no ball handling skills and can't create his own shot. is a good spot up shooter, but is streaky. his game is alot more like Rip or Redd, rather than Joe or Roy.

Man this is a scary proposition. Considering he has put up superior numbers at other locations, yet went 10 straight years without sniffing the playoffs, I think jamal as starter should be a last resort. Why fix what ain't broken?
