Re: Mo williams to the Raps?
I would rather give Danny Green more minutes as opposed to picking up someone like DeRozan. Don't get me wrong, I think DD is and will be the better player, but I feel as though Green can be a very nice role player paired with LeBron and Mo, or a Mo upgrade. Then again, who would Cleveland grab with the 13th pick, Hayward?
Well at least we're not Detroit!

I don't really know anything.
Agreed, Heath.

Ego? After watching him and hearing him for years, I think his attitude is probably his biggest strength. Its his defense that's the big downside.

Note that he is from Turkey, and one of the many excuses for Hedo's uninspired play this last season was because he had to share the ball with Jose Calderon. He's scapegoating.

Jose is from Spain, his ego is not a problem, if anything he should be more selfish.

He's talking about the poster, prekazi, not Calderon.

First of all this probably just a rumor thrown out there for only God knows what reason, BUT if it wasnt then this trade would probably look something more like:
Mo for Calderon and 13
Mo for Caldreon and Derozen
or much less likely
a bigger trade involving Bosh
Still, its likely just a rumor.

DeMar DeRozan is a long way off ever being worth anything to a winning team. His defense sucks (although he does make a spectacular play now & again, due to his athleticism). I'd have NO INTEREST what-so-ever in DeMar DeRozan coming to Cleveland. The Guy sucked at USC, he was a HUGE reach by the Raptors last year, and my guess is that in five years, you'll not see him anymore because he'll be playing in Turkey.
He was a kid playing at USC for 1 season and,
In his first game for the Trojans, DeRozan scored a team-high 21 points with seven rebounds in an exhibition game against Azusa Pacific; a 85–64 victory at the Galen Center.[7] DeRozan had 14 points in his first career regular season game in a win over UC Irvine.[8] He scored 21 points along with a career-high 13 rebounds against UCLA in the Pac-10 Tournament semifinals, before scoring a career-high 25 points on 10-for-16 shooting to lead his team to a 61-49 win over Arizona State in the Pac-10 Tournament final.[9] His efforts in the tournament saw him earn First Team Pac-10 All-Freshman honors in addition to being named Pac-10 Tournament MVP.
Quit talking out your a**

I shouldn't argue with you though, because you did watch him play what 2 times last season? You must know.

LOL, you couldn't be more wrong. Hedo is like my 58th favorite player. I don't care about the reasons of his failures and certainly I don't care about players' nationalities.
When Jose Calderon isn't the leader, when he's not controlling the offense or dictating the game his big ego arises and causes problems. I saw it in Spain, Toronto...
He's not a good fit for the Cavs at all especially if LeBron stays.

Re: Mo williams to the Raps?
what? Jose has a ego problem? Now, i've heard everything. His problem is his contract and defense not his ego. Infact one main criticism about him is that hes too unselfish, his defense is bad but seriously mo is not a good defender either.
Having said that, i think mo is a better fit for cle.

Re: Mo williams to the Raps?
Jose dominates the ball. He'd be okay with a team full of guys who play off it, are prepared to give it back, and have range, Ray Allen and Chris Bosh types. But he's below average the moment he isn't making the play. Pairing him with guys like Bron or Hedo who also pound the ball will never work. The problem is if he's controlling the play you might make the playoffs, but you're not ever going to win the championship. He'd be best suited as the clear leader of a second unit IMO, kinda like the second unit in Phoenix led by Goran Dragic.
