If I'm Orlando I want a lot more than a #7 pick for a guy who will start at center immediately. If Gortat were in this draft class he would be top 5 for sure . . .

Interesting that he says that, and later mentions that Sacramento are looking for a big man at no.5.

Gortat's value has been completely overblown by Orlando fan

Gortat is a nice defensive big but there is no way the Kings trade the #5 for him. He is already 26 years old, close hitting his ceiling.

Hell, why not Gotat for the #1 pick. I mean that guy is obviously so much better than John Wall.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

I thought this was a joke thread... To call him a starting center is favorable at best then you factor in his contract and the fact that he's almost 27 makes it a joke to say that he would be a top 5 pick in the draft. I would MUCH rather take Aldrich than trade it for Gortat and I am not an aldrich fan at all.

Sac counters with #33 & another future 2nd round pick

Sac counters with Evans Rights to Cousins for Matt Barnes SNT, Brandon Bass and Foyle

Cousins/Gortat
Howard/Ryan
Lewis/Petrius
VC/JJ
Evans/Nelson

Stan finally gets over the hump!!

I think the answer has been given loud and clear to this idea, if a mod were to lock this, I think it might be a good idea.

On a scale, Gortat is closer to this than #5, seriously OP.

I would love to have Gortat on the Kings but certainly not for either Wes Johnson or Cousins. If the Kings want a big like him that badly they should just draft Aldrich.
