I wonder how many players would trade their gold medal for an NBA ring?

Asked by a guy too. What a loser...
Otherwise a great Q & A. Boozer has matured a TON since last year. It's nice to know he has his head on straight.

Word is, South Beach is ecstatic that they
won't be seeing Millsaps talents again this season...

Last question is especially funny considering Boozer apparently banged Korver's girlfriend.

Where do people hear these rumors? That is 100% speculation.

Typically, (the bigger) free agents only seem to visit teams that have plenty of cap-room. Would you consider visiting teams that don't have much cap-room like the Pacers, Magic, Hornets, etc.? Or do you just keep your list strictly to teams that could sign you out-right?

I think it's simple economics. The teams that can go out and get us. The teams that don't have cap room don't have as much of a chance. But you never know what happens with the draft.

Alright so I accept your not going to say flat out "I really want to play with _________ in __________" but what would you say are the top three factors in your decision?

Whoever has the biggest chance of winning a championship. Winning a championship is the biggest reason. I want to win a ring at this point in my career. Or a few of them if I can.
so which is it? the teams that can afford you? or winning? if players were as committed to winning as they say they are, then these free agents this year would all sign on the knicks for the vet minimum each and have an all star team compete and win multiple 'ships.
if it were all about the money, then they would all re-sign with their current teams.

I heard it on a site called RealGM. Since I assume they are affiliated with GMs how wrong could they be?

Look, I don't expect money to not be an issue. Millions are still millions and it's a huge amount to anyone. A top ball player is making their entire life's fortune in 10-14 years. A few hundred thousand is worth some happiness, but millions can be the difference maker in building a real rich person style portfolio, the kind where your fortune is a money making business in it's self and not just what you spend on consumer goods.
