good post. loved the first video showing the big guys beside each other. Whiteseide did look slow and lacking intensity. Loved seeing the big guys shoot. What an ugly shot from Cole Aldrich. I could see how a team might reach for Orton who looks bigger than those other guys. Keep it up.

I like him as a prospect. He reminds me of Zach Randolph (although Randolph is obviously a way better rebounder and has already established himself as a post-presence in the NBA).
I hope Monroe shows/develops the same tenacity and instincts on the boards as Randolph when he gets to the NBA. If he doesn't he'll be a disappointment. If he does, he'll be a very solid NBA power forward

Great stuff, making my way through the vids now. Funny how good these guys can look with noone on the court, watched the big men vid, even Whiteside was knocking down Js with ease. Cole Aldridge has a horrific looking release and i like how he snuck some extra room and was taking his shots about a foot close then Orton, cheater.

DeMarcus Cousins vs. Derrick Favors will happen this Saturday at the Kings practice facility.

With this workout the only post player that could go in the lottery the Kings won't have hosted before the NBA Draft on June 24 will be North Carolina's Ed Davis. And there's still plenty of time for that.

The Kings worked out just about every point guard available last year. And based on this year's workouts, a post big man seems to be the obvious choice at No. 5.
