OT: Cheap Golf

Wondering if anyone knows of any great specials in the Milwaukee/Racine area?

The best I can find so far is either South Hills ($21 w/cart after 4 on weekends and 530 weekdays) or Broadlands (18.50 after 5ish). I'm a huge fan of twilight golf since you usually don't have anyone on the course, its cheaper, and cooler out.

Do you guys know of anything else? I'm stuck in Mequon for the next 2 weeks and looking for something on the north side.

All Par 3 courses in Milwaukee Park System are Self Pay, meaning you have a suggested rate to pay, but noone there to police if you don't pay full amount.

Check Milwaukee Park websites to see the closest one to you.

Hartford CC is $10 twilight starting at 5pm. Our group easily got in 18 Wednesday night. Not valid Thursday.

Washington County Golf Course is $20 after 4pm and is rated 4.5 stars by golf digest.

Both these places you can just show up 20 minutes early and say you are playing twilight. They'll just take your cash and let you go out early.

Kettle Hills in Richfield has had some good deals. Check them out on the web.

Also look at golfnow.com. Once and a while they'll have some great rates.

Sorry gotta throw this in for Madison people. Lake Mills Golf club has great early bird deals. $18 for 18 holes and a cart at 6:00 AM. Price goes up one dollar every 7 minutes after that until it hits $40.
