they played pretty good they had a few chances to make it 3-0, they got a little lazy in the end and let greece attack, which wont be smart when playing against nigeria or Argentina

They don't suck dick, their coach does.

I follow the team. The team he fielded today was simply awful. This guy is an awful coach. Think Isiah Thomas and Don Chaney rolled into one. He picks favorites and not the better player. Half of our really talented, really good players were benched in favor of garbage players who aren't even starters on their own teams.

It's a disgrace, really. Our coach embarrassed on the world stage and we will get ass-raped against Argentina as well.

Argentina up 1-0.

Man, you know you have a lot of options up front when you have Diego Milito and Aguero on your bench. :o

How nuts is that. And they still dont have a quality central midfielder. Veron is garbage.

C'MON ENGLAND! This is our best chance in my life time for us to win it all. Rooney is top 3 in the world and we have some serious studs but im so pissed that Emile Heskey is partnering Rooney upfront this tool cant get a game for his home team Villa. Watch out for my boy Aaron Lennon one of the fastest players in the world!

USA has some serious athletisim so im expecting a great pace fast similar to the premiership and I will go for England 2 Usa 1. I would want England to put a beating on the USA (im actually rooting for USA after England for my sons sake) just to let everyone in the world cup know were serious. Will be honest though lol about 45 mins before kick off and im getting nervous USA has come along way in short time.

So I'm watching the South Korea/Greece game and South Korea's looked quite good, they can't defend worth a damn, but they do very well at getting the ball forward and creating dangerous chances and just in the first half, I'm 39 minutes through as of this posting, they've been a better pass or first touch away from at least 3 or 4 great goal scoring oppurtunities, not counting the Park Chu Young miss shot that would've been an unstoppable ball if he put just a half foot of air under the ball.

I've made fun of Heskey quite a bit in my time, but he's a good match for Rooney who's a false nine. Heskey gives them that big strong hold up striker who'll get the ball deep and be able to hold it long enough for the support to arrive and is a good passer who'll find the man making the right run. He's easily a better match than Defoe, who I do like quite a bit.

Didn't Greece do really well in qualifying? Like win the group over some good teams?

I know i'd be starting Cole myself but atleast its gives us some creativity off the bench, I want to see Crouch play to people just assume he's good for headers due to his height only but that guy is agile as hell and has a crazy scoring rate for England.

LOL, come on! Where is your spirit? It's too early in the game. The Americans are great. They can easily come back.

Anyone else hate the USA kits? Looks like they're wearing Safety patrol belts or some sh*t.
