Watching the NE/SD game and at the half, they show this scoreboard at the endzone that CBS has digitally added to their broadcast to make it actually look like it is part of the stadium. I'm sure you guys have seen this as they have done it at other events (last week in Indianapolis for example).
Does this piss anyone else off? I know its being picky, but why do stuff like this? The whole point of watching a game on TV is that you want the action to be as realistic as possible, albeit with the benefits of comfort of watching at home and the benefit of having stats available on the screen, amongst numerous other reasons (cheaper). But why add these stupid CBS scoreboards that have been magically "constructed" onto say Gillette Stadium, Lambeau, etc...?

Me and my friends complain endlessly about this sort of thing
"WOW, look at that giant scoreboard. The people who bought seats behind that thing must be pissed"
Still, nothing gets us more riled up than the stupid robots from Fox
The best (worst) was the Turkey-Robot on Thanksgiving

yeah but the robots are just pregame crap that isn't passed off as real. It doesn't take away from anything that is behind that fake scoreboard (not that i really care about seeing those 200 fans that are sitting here, but still).
I'll take the Robots over that stupid song on NBC with Pink and whoever else they have. Its really stupid. And Dick Ebersol needs to stop flashing his name endlessly. We don't care who the exec producer of Sunday Night Football is.
