If George W. Bush had been the first President to need a teleprompter installed to be able to get through a press conference, would you have laughed and said this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?

If George W. Bush had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to take Laura Bush to a play in NYC, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had reduced your retirement plan's holdings of GM stock by 90% and given the unions a majority stake in GM, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had made a joke at the expense of the Special Olympics, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had given Gordon Brown a set of inexpensive and incorrectly formatted DVDs, when Gordon Brown had given him a thoughtful and historically significant gift, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had given the Queen of England an iPod containing videos of his speeches, would you have thought this embarrassingly narcissistic and tacky?

If George W. Bush had bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had visited Austria and made reference to the nonexistent "Austrian language," would you have brushed it off as a minor slip?

If George W. Bush had filled his cabinet and circle of advisers with people who cannot seem to keep current in their income taxes, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had stated that there were 57 states in the United States , would you have said that he is clueless?

If George W. Bush would have flown all the way to Denmark to make a five minute speech about how the Olympics would benefit him walking out his front door in Texas , would you have thought he was a self important, conceited, egotistical jerk?

If George W. Bush had been so Spanish illiterate as to refer to "Cinco de Cuatro" in front of the Mexican ambassador when it was the 5th of May (Cinco de Mayo), and continued to flub it when he tried again, would you have winced in embarrassment?

If George W. Bush had misspelled the word "advice" would you have hammered him for it for years like Dan Quayle and potatoes as proof of what a dunce he is?

If George W. Bush had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel to go plant a single tree on Earth Day, would you have concluded he's a hypocrite?

If George W. Bush's administration had okayed Air Force One flying low over millions of people followed by a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan causing widespread panic, would you have wondered whether they actually get what happened on 9-11?

If George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans , would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence?

If George W. Bush had created the position of 32 Czars who report directly to him, bypassing the House and Senate on much of what is happening in America , would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had proposed to double the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had then proposed to double the debt again within 10 years, would you have approved?

So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive?

Can't think of anything? Don't worry. He's done all this in 15 months -- so you'll have two years and nine months to come up with an answer (and will double the list).
Trust but verify.

I can start with the first one (I'm watching the Mets-Tigers games right now).

1. The first one is a trick question ... neither Obama nor Bush used a teleprompter for "press conferences." Obama does for speaches, and it serves him well. Bush can't read, so it's of no use to him.

However, when Bush is in a debate, he uses this (I haven't lost a step, Mugz .... bwhahaha):

Did mugzi post something? mugzi is in my killfilter now, and all I saw was something on the page that mugzi wrote, and then I see something above. Tough to be snarky here when I have no idea what is being written. I was taken to task that I get an attitude with people during debate, based upon I guess my engaging into a yelling contest with mugzi on here, so no way am I doing anything. Maybe mugzi is lonely. Anyhow, I don't care. I have other things to do, and I await for things to come down, and we have a new Knicks team that can make a run at it.

By the way, what the heck is the point of bringing up Dubya now? Soon it is going to be in the "But Clinton" category.

Its funny, I got Hutnik to put me on ignore after I told him too and he initially refused too. LOL.

Wingo, that pic is funny, its clear something was on his back, but it still doesnt change the fact that this president has done some pretty dumb things already that his predecessor wouldve been roasted for in the media.

Since Obama has become president, that would be why. Now Obama can be blamed for everything, including the oil spill. Unlike "But Clinton", at least faulting Obama has a relevant time context to it. "Dubya's Fault" is only useful to give a default position from which Obama started from. As days go by, it is more and more Obama's game.

I'm not happy with Obama because he's still putzing around in the middle east with these wars and generally hasn't gone far enough with certain policies and has continued other Dubya policies. Obama is really quite centrist as a president. So, you know I'm disappointed. I call it "The Audacity of Eh." (Actually, I stole that from Bill Maher. But he's right.)

Bush did enough stupid things on his own and Obama has been getting skewered by both the left and the right from the beginning. At least when Bush was in office, he had the GOP/Fox News machine in lock step with his policies. Obama doesn't have that luxury.

My biggest problem with Obama is that he's not doing enough to reign in Israel. If Israel doesn't want to do what we tell it to do, then screw 'em. Let's withdraw all our aid; let's stop vetoing UN resolutions which sanction Israel for it's illegal use of force and it's illegal stockpile of nuclear weapons. Etc., etc., etc. That little piece of shyt country is going to get us and the world into more trouble than it's worth. F those Zionist pigs.

They are going to bring an end to the world. You watch.

What the heck is this talk of an "Internet Kill Switch":

We now give the president the ability to shut down the Internet?

Ha, I had never heard this one, but I checked on youtube and he actually did say it. What's even better is that he claims he's been to 57 states after pausing and thinking.

That was some pwnage right there.

These liberals hate to admit that the mainstream media have been propping up Obama since pre election in 08', its only now that he's proving to be incompetent that the liberal media is expressing discontent- apparently he's not liberal enough for them.

What's so liberal about ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN? Just because Fox News and other ilk say so?

Is this a joke? Your politics are completely blinding you if you think they're unbiased. I'm a moderate and I will readily say that Fox News, the opinion page of the WSJ, the Washington Times, and talk radio are conservative, just like..well, everything else is liberal.

I will say, I am always amused that liberals always whine about Fox News being conservative and an example of horrible news reporting yet never bat an eye at any of the other predominantly liberal media that has shown their bias for decades. I really don't see why either side cares that much about biases in news reporting given the amount of options and technology nowadays. If you want conservative bias, watch Fox News, listen to talk radio, read online blogs, read the opinion section of the WSJ, etc. If you want liberal bias, watch/read 90% of media publications, NPR, or online blogs. It's really not that hard to find something that caters to your taste.

And? Even your punching bag, Fox News, expressed frustration with Bush at times, does that mean that they were not overall biased? Obama's been treated with kid gloves since 2007, even most liberals will agree with that.
