I doubt Bledsoe will be available at 23, and I'm not sure he'll be there at 16. I would prefer to take him at 10 and be done with it.

Just parlaying the draft. I wasn't aware of a surge in Bledsoe's draft status. Most mocks have him going in the late first.

Maybe a team has confirmed to him that he would not slip past a certain spot, but until I see some evidence that it was us, I'll remain skeptical. Bird has definitely made some moves that I didn't see coming, so you never know.

draft eric bledsoe with 16th and then either brakins or larry sanders then trade murphy and tj.

Idk i like it, but we just keep getting younger and younger each year.

So what do you have in mind for a Murphy or TJ trade?

Who, after the first 5 picks, is a great "potential" pick? I simply don't see one.

I'd like to have Udoh and Bledsoe.

I'd really like that deal that sends TJ to Minny for Sessions and the #23. We keep the #10 and pick Udoh, and hopefully get Bledsoe at #23. We start Sessions and use Bledsoe and AJ when he's healthy as back ups. Which ever develops as the best gets the starting job long term.

The kid has so much potential, and just because he didn't play point guard at Kentucky because John Wall was there doesn't mean that he isn't an NBA point guard. I think the kid is going to be a star point guard, maybe not a top-5 in the league, but top-10 for sure in about two or three years. Can't wait to see what we do on draft night. I would still prefer to trade the #10 for Collison though.

Doesn't mean he is an NBA point guard either. Draftexpress and Nbadraft.net have Bledsoe going 18 and 25th respectively.

My best guess is Pacers trade pick 10 and Rush to Spurs for HIll and pick 20. If we take Bledsoe at 20 I could live with that. There are soooo many guys in this draft I like better than him.

Eric Bledsoe = underrated

I watched UK play this year but damn, I had no idea. If he's there and we don't take him, I'm kicking Bird squaw in the nuts.

I think Bledsoe could end up being pretty special. Probably not John Wall, but still a really good pick up for the Pacers with the potential to be great. I remember watching the first Kentucky game of the college season. John Wall wasn't playing (suspension or something), however I didn't know this. So I went into the game thinking I was going to see Wall. Well, there was this PG who was lightning quick, had amazing athleticism, and was making plays left and right. I assumed it was Wall and was ready to hop on the bandwagon. Only to realize it was Bledsoe taking over the game. Yes, I know that is only one game, but I truly believe if Bledsoe had been running that team his numbers and play would have been absolutely incredible.

Who was Kentucky playing when Bledsoe went off while playing pg?

Or maybe Acie Law. I don't think there is another guy Indiana could take with greater potential to blow up in their face.

24 points vs. Morehead State (Wall was suspended).

I just came from the draft board after commenting that the Pacers should draft Bledsoe. It seems that you guys think so as well. Interesting reading that he has only worked out for the Pacers. He's underrated. He really should be a top 7 pick. I'd definitely draft him over Wesley Johnson, while using Johnson's value to trade down a few selections.
