It seems like many posters on this website have a get out of jail free card. I have two examples. My first example is the poster Randell McMurphy. He is well known to be the banned user Mustard Tiger. The mods have called him out a few times on the Jays forum. However, he hasn't been banned for some reason.
My second example is Lionel Messi. He was waved after a long altercation on the feedback forum. Then maybe a month later he was unbanned. What the hell is that?
This is probably the biggest problem on realgm. The Mods expect posters to follow the rules however the moderators don't follow any constant rule with who gets to post on this site.
Why is it that some posters have a get out jail free card?

translation: I am a banned poster who keeps coming back and getting banned and I want to know how these other guys get away with it?
Cheers.

Thank you Dr Phil. Now, do care to explain this phenomenon that I outlined in the first post, or are you happy with the complete bullcrap logic shown by the moderators and admins of this website?

Re: Why is it that some posters have a get out jail free card?
I do not apologize for the amount of space in this post I intend to devote to telling you about Hobo. So let's begin, quite properly, with a brief look at the historical development of the problem, of its attempted solutions, and of the eternal argument about it. In order to convince us that he has achieved sainthood, Hobo often turns to the old propagandist trick of comparing results brought about by entirely dissimilar causes. Knowledge is the key that unlocks the shackles of bondage. That's why it's important for you to know that one of the impulsive incubi in Hobo's employ has penned an extensive treatise whose thesis is that Hobo would never even consider committing confrontational, in-your-face acts of violence, intimidation, and incivility. Contrary to what that emollient hagiography asserts, Hobo is currently limited to shrieking and spitting when he's confronted with inconvenient facts. In the blink of an eye, however, Hobo is likely to switch to some sort of "channel the pursuit of scientific knowledge into a narrow band of accepted norms that are based exclusively on Hobo's unprincipled ballyhoos" approach to draw our attention away from such facts.
Take this example: Let's say that Hobo's execrable warnings are a source of consternation for those of us who want to encourage the ethos of exchange value over use value. Now let's say that he should shift for himself. Does that mean that despotism is a be-all, end-all system that should be forcefully imposed upon us? No, because over the years, I've enjoyed a number of genuinely pleasurable (and pleasurably genuine) conversations with a variety of people who understand that I, hardheaded cynic that I am, am starting a grassroots campaign with the sole purpose of stopping Hobo. In one such conversation, someone pointed out to me that people sometimes ask me why I seem incapable of saying anything nice about Hobo. I'd like to—really, I would. The problem is, I can't think of anything nice to say. I guess that's not surprising when you consider that anyone—you or I or a Martian just arrived in a flying saucer—who wants to stop the Huns at the gate should realize that Hobo's suggestions are devoid of any intellectual substance, so to speak.
If you look back over some of my older post, you'll see that I predicted that Hobo would discredit legitimate voices in the ethnocentrism debate. And, as I predicted, he did. But you know, that was not a difficult prediction to make. Anyone who has bothered to learn even a little about Hobo could have made the same prediction. Let me close by reminding you that one can only speculate how much worse things would be if Hobo were to give people a new and largely artificial basis for evaluating things and making decisions.

Hobo, is gone again. Damn you and your poster friendly street cred Schad. I get blamed everytime the guy gets banned. I think he is in love with me, and is obviously conflicted about his feelings so much so that they've manifested in to hate.
Well it's that or he simply hates getting repeatedly clubbed in the face by the baby seal whacking club of logic and common sense I often wield.

Props to Turbo_Zone for the sig.
