Weak link in tigers starting pitching

They should move him to long relief a.s.a.p or trade him

Weak lnk is Porcello (4-7) couldn't get out of the sixth inning, allowing eight hits and five runs (four earned) in 5 1/3 innings. He walked one and struck out four

Yeah it would be nice to get some more assurance from our pitching staff so that when we do find a 3B/SS/C we can take the World Series.

They say pitching wins world series, but all you need is 3 good pitchers and you have to have a manager that will use them properly.

Here's an example of leland makeing a bad deciesion we had a pitcher in our last playoffs i believe was kenny rodgers ? (i could be wrong) but he piched 2-3 scoreless games and then leeland choose not to use him next because he wanted to wait till we got back to detroit then by not using him we lost the series using someone else who i forgot his name but all i know is we lost, and the reason was by not using our best pitcher at the most important time= coaching mistake.

Tigers option struggling starter Porcello to Toledo
Rod Beard / The Detroit News
Detroit -- Tigers pitcher Rick Porcello has been optioned to Toledo, team president Dave Dombrowski announced before Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks.

"We think it's the best thing for him," Dombrowski said. "Our goals are such to get him back to be the pitcher that we know he can be -- get his sinker going, get his slider improved. We saw some improvement yesterday, but not to the point we'd like it to be

You called for a trade or for him to be a long reliever, they demoted him to triple A. So thankfully the Tigers still aren't listening to you.
