I agree with Devils. In a 3 way with PHI I could see MN pulling this.

hedo to mn (better fit than brand)
brand to tor (bosh is leaving and hedo vs brand is probably even imo)
whatever to phi (gomes contract gets them under the lux as I think they are over)

If Kahn wouldn't even consider trading for Brand's or Martin's terrible contracts, I can't imagine why he would be willing to trade for Hedo. This just screams bogus.

I wouldn't be opposed to a Hedo/#13/Future 1st for Hollins/#45 trade.

Why is that an "outrageous" trade demand? 4 yrs/43.8M - Hollins' 2 yrs/4.8M is still Minnesota losing 39M over those 4 years. Given that Hedo will play out his contract at ages 31-35, are he + the #13 + Future 1st (who knows where that might be) really going to produce 9.75M per year? Seems very unlikely to me, but debatable, especially as Hedo's production falls each year.
