PG: Fish 22, Kobe 10, Critt 12, rookie 4
SG: Kobe 24, Miller 20, Sasha 4
SF: Ron 32, Miller 10, Luke 6

Very nice!
The only major change I'd make is to sign both Crittenton and Chris Duhon for the minimum.
Give Critttenton those 4 "rookie" minutes and give those 12 "Critt" minutes to Duhon ... and move Gasol to sixth man (still getting his 35 minutes though).
The beauty is that the Lakers will be able to see first hand whether or not Critt is ready to play in the rotation ... my guess is that with an acquisition of a shooter like Mike Miller per se, the Lakers will need a backup PG who is
defensive first (Critt fits the bill) and secondly, but no less importantly, the Lakers need a backup
PG that can direct the offense ...
... I just don't think Critt is ready for the latter.
Bring him on behind Fisher and Duhon and let him compete for "Jersey Nights (The Life and Times of a 12th Man)" with Vujacic and Walton.
Critt'll play for the minimum so we can stash him as a 14th man at the worst as he improves his floor game to give this team what it needs.
Critt is a luxury to have as your third PG (but not essential). If he has a great summer league Miami could scoop him up for the same minimum money but promising more PT.
Mike Miller and Chris Duhon should be fine.
4 mill to Fisher (one year)
3 mill to Mike Miller
Minimum to Duhon
Minimum to Crittenton
And resign Powell and Mbenga because they know their roles and know the offense. Period.
