Trade Orgy Phi-SA-NO-Det-Ind

Post#1 » by bigmean » Tue Jun 22, 2010 12:33 am

Philadelphia trades: Andre Iguodala, Louis Williams, Jason Kapano
Philadelphia receives: Richard Hamilton, Mike Dunleavy, rights to Tiago Splitter

San Antonio trades: Antonio McDyeuss, #20, rights to Tiago splitter
San Antonio receives: Dahntay Jones, Julian Wright, #10 (Ed Davis or Ekpe Udoh)

New Orleans trades: Darren Collison, James Posey, Morris Peterson, Julian Wright, #11
New Orleans receives: Andre Iguodala, Antonio McDyeuss, #36 (Willie Warren or Jerome Jordan

Detroit trades: Richard Hamilton, #36
Detroit receives: Louis Williams, James Posey, #11 (Ekpe Udoh, or Cole Aldrich)

Indiana trades: Mike Dunleavy, Dahntay Jones, #10
Indiana receives: Darren Collison, Morris Peterson, Jason Kapano, #20 (Patrick Patterson, Daniel Orton, or Damion James)

these are based some rumors that New Orleans and Indiana wants to trade down. Indiana has interested in collison, Iguodala getting traded is at least feastible. Hamilton or Prince one of them has to go base on some reports.

Philly gets two starter and promising european- type (he is brazilian) player, you dont know when he is coming over however has some real promise. dunleavy is a good offenisve player but defensive something tobe desired. Hamilton would be the best starter at the two guard since iverson. and home twon guy

San Antonio has been Jonesing for Ed Davis. they give up McDyeuss and Splitter. they get a great compliment fand baackup Manu Ginobilli. i want to see julian wright get a change scernnry and play with some very skilled players i think he could replace jefferson howeve not ellispe them.

New Orleans has publicly stated they dont want to add a large contract however they are sending a lot of junk they would A stabilizes the swingman position Thornton/Peja/IguodALA. they would also have a there long a waite third bigman in Mcdyeuus to compliment okefor and west. the 36 pick they can draft a combo guard to compliment cp3

Detroit getting two rotation player and a high draft pick to draft a big at 11 and hopefully aminu or johnson or will be available or posssbility cousins very good value here
Indiana getting a point guard and two expiring contract (cap fodder) who can shoot an outside shot. they also get some a young talent with a draft pick.

Indy gets significantly too much
Philly doesn't get enough

That's laughably bad for Philly. No thanks. If you haven't heard the news, we're most likely drafting a SG on thursday, so there's no real need for Rip.

Detroit would be all over this one.
#11 could get us Udoh to go with the #7 pick.

Pacers say yes!

We're not even going to look at what's going on in the rest of that crazy trade, because we don't want to see who's getting screwed.

i deleted all of your reasoning because it's just WRONG. like, EPIC. FAIL. type wrong, get it? sixers give up ai2 for rip, whose game is on the downside, and nothing. throw in louwill AND an expiring to boot. wow that's terrible. SA gives up splitter for 10, basically. Meh. NO gets ai2 and a 2nd rounder, also gets rid of posey in exchange for collison and 11. i could see them doing something like that. detroit gives up the albatross known as rip and gets louwill PLUS 11?!? rub detroit's sack much? and then the best of all, indiana gives up 10 and gets collison, 20, and a couple of expirings. to sum up: the sixers take a fist up the ###, while detroit and indy get hummers from porn stars. let's try to make this more even next time, hmmm?
