Thought I'd start things early and get everyone's mind off of Al Jefferson trades. Oh, and I brought us a good luck charm.

I don't know if I will be happy getting Favors because Big Al is for sure out the door, I'm sure it doesn't matter anymore anyways.

Anybody going to the draft party?

I was so looking forward to this, but honestly after today I'll just be happy when it's over.

Despite the annoying BS rumors and the inevitable backlash Kahn will get no matter WHAT he does, I'm still pretty darn excited. The draft is 16 hours away, and I feel really nervous... it's make or break. Here's hoping this summer will lift the Wolves from the NBA's toilet.

The good news is, it's hard for us to get much worse (statistically).

PREDICTIONS

Big Al goes bye bye
Gomes and rights to Pek are traded
Kahn goes for Favors and fails
We have a logjam at a new position (i'm guessing SF)

We end up with
4pick - Wesley "Snipes" Johnson
5-13 pick - Paul George
16pick- traded
23 pick - Sanders
2nd rounders - 1 sold/traded, and 1 euro
Pek - traded
and probably a role player and an exp. in the trade up from 16 to 5-13

I have the ultimate KAHNfidence in our FA,
but the lowest of expectations as well (too much can go wrong).

Honestly, I'm not even excited anymore. I don't know who is going to be good at 4. I am so luke warm on everybody right now beyond 1 and 2. Half the reason I am watching is to see which wolves players get traded. Bleh, worst draft ever.

How can a draft be the "worst ever", when it is absolutely ripe for punning!

The wolves will not run into a Wall during the draft. Instead we will haver to "Turner" around and look for some "Favors" from other teams while avoiding our Cousin's Johnson. By "George" and OH' "Henry", we'll have to stand on the "Whiteside" of the tracks to prevent us from saying a Homer Simpson-like, "ooooooooooooo.....DOH!"

I'm feeling the same way. David Kahn should better turn this team around today, watching that team last year was painfull as hell...
