Imagine yourselfs at the peak of your career, would you want to stay with a company of uncertainty? Be fair to Lebron James Cleveland fans, hes a human like you, and me. Last I would like to know, do you think Lebron James really loves Cleveland. He goes out his way to mention Akron in all his public interviews, he flirts with other teams (Especially the Knicks) he wore a Yankees cap at a Cleveland playoff game, and a whole bunch of other stuff to show, he doesnt love you guys, so just let him go, If he leaves. Would you stay with someone who doesnt love you? Exactly my point. Also mods, do me a favor, dont lock this thread please. I'd really love to here what Cleveland thinks, let them defend themselves, and voice there opinion. Locking the thread is weak way out. Us New Yorkers, we dont believe in locking threads, we defend our teams, no matter how bad we are because thats what New Yorkers are about. Do you remember during the season when you said the Knicks were delusional believing Lebron would even consider the Knicks? Well do you think we are still delusional? Threat feels real now huh? Also what do you plan to do, If he leaves? The Cavs were supposedly a defensive team, so let Cleveland defend there franchise. Call me a troll or whatever, but I just have to know. Have a wonderful day!
#1 - What can we do in the future? WE can be fans. Nothing more.
Caped out, low draft picks, below average role players, No Coach, No GM, poor management, the list goes on.
#2 - "Caped out?" re we supermen now? Is this symbolism for us getting Dwight?
#3 - BELOW average role players? That is a matter of opinion; one that is not shared by most knowledgeable NBA people.
#4 - No coach, or GM: We have a GM..we had him before our otherone officially stepped down. It was planned for him to become GM...we knew about this last year. You're such a great "basketball mind" you should have known that.
#5 - Poor management, the list goes on. Not sure where the poor management comes from. We have been to the post season every year, won division championships, our player won MVP twice, we won 60+games and the NBA's best record. New York... they have won an average of 27 games for 5 years. WHO has the bad management?
#5B - The list goes on. Does it? Or is that a NY cop-out? I thought you defended what you had to say. If you do...then please, by all means, give me the details. I'd love to shoot down all your childish meanderings.
If LeBron leaves; he leaves. "We" as fans have no say...just like you had no say in the 10 straight years of pathetic basketball the Knicks have had. We cannot let go of something we do not have. LeBron plays for an organization in Cleveland. We support that team, but we also support many things...like Nike, Cedar Point, ESPN, NCAA basketball/football, the Browns, McDonalds... the "list goes on..." Yet, for some odd reason, we have NO SAY in anything they do.
LeBron is a hometown guy...we'd like to see him stay. IF he leaves, we will still support our team. If he leaves, our lives will continue. Even if he goes somewhere as pathetic as New York.
