What do you guys think about that? Before Eddie Jordan wasted his talents last year he looked like he was on his way to stardom. Still just 21 years old he allready has 3 years in the league. As a Sixer fan I hope this isn't going to happen and I hope you haven't heard it.

I wouldn't be opposed to that at all as a Grizz fan. Unless something really off the wall happened and someone unexpected slid, I don't think you'll get better value than Thad at that point of the lottery.

I agree, people forget Thadeus Young avg. 15.3 points and 5.1 reb and shot .495% from the floor as a 20 year old in the NBA....Good luck finding that with the 9th pick in this years draft. He still has a ton of upside. He was rated ahead of Durant coming out of high school (he isn't as good) and only played one year of college. If he was in this draft he would be rated way ahead of Wes Johnson.

If Rudy isn't coming back it makes sense. But if Rudy's on the squad, you're right, the Grizz need shooters and defense.

Ed Stefanksi is a fool as a GM. I could see Thaddeus Young ending up with the Grizzzlies. Young is a good player, who has been the victim of lousy coaching. Don't be surprised if Ed Stefanski is duped into a Young trade before August.
