I'm losing faith...this is not looking good...Walsh HAS to do something, whether that be trade Curry+Chandler+3 mill+future picks for a star or cap space...SOMETHING has to be done. I'm still gonna say LeBron and Bosh come here because I don't want to go back and forth (I've said he's coming here for a while), but Walsh HAS to do something...

It's not enough for two maxes, but they can get a near-max and a max, like Bosh + JJ to their core.

I really don't get the deal for the Wizards, but Bucher is usually accurate when it comes to these draft-day deals.

So what the hell is Washington doing? Hinrich has quite a bit of money due to him, they are about to get Wall, and obviously they still have Arenas and his monster deal. Can they really be that confident they can move Arenas or are they sending Hinrich somewhere else?

why in the world would they want to play in NY with the godlike combo of Gallo and Douglas when you can go to Chicago and play with Rose and Noah? We're SO f**ked. If Houston makes the playoffs next year and we go back to the lottery, unless we win it, we'll be switching picks on top of that! Imagine going from #2 to #18...holy crap. I think I need a drink now.

Heat and bulls are the main comp. Both teams have made moves and already have attractive players in place. We have to make a move here soon. And not a Rudy cut 1 million type move.

With 3PT Shooters for a bench?

Yeah, can't see the 96 Bulls team beating that.

GTFO. Post **** like that on your board.

Is a trade in place for Gilbert Arenas?

So let me get this straight. In order to unload Jeffries who was owed less money than Hinrich Donnie had to:

take back a $23 million gimp
Swap next years 1st
GIVE a 2012 pick

On the other hand, to dump Hinrich who sux DONKEY BALLZ, all the Wiz are asking for is the 17th?

This makes no sense whatsoever. I'll believe this when I see it

Honestly I've given up - There is too much Joe Johnson smoke for it not to happen. I expect this is so we can sign Johnson and a PF. One max and one just under max.

Huh? You give up now of all times? You just reached the summit. No time to give up.

Seems like a bad trade for Washington but have to trust that Bucher is right. He's not always right, but this seems pretty solid.

if you read the report it says that sacratmento was prepared to step in with a similar deal if was backed out, so maybe they are going to turn and do something with sacramento, although if thats the case then why not just expand the initial deal to include the kings

Willing to bet Arenas is dealt sooner rather than later as well, This isnt a backup guard move for that salary.. Hinrich will be the starting SG in Wash.

Either way, moving Hinrich and the pick would push Chicago's space under the cap from $20 million to more than $30 million. That puts the Bulls on equal footing with the Miami Heat in pursuing not just one but two members of a free-agent class that is expected to include LeBron James, Chris Bosh, Carlos Boozer, Amare Stoudemire and Joe Johnson.

Don't we have room for two maxes too??? i don't get it

Return to New York Knicks
