I definitely want in. Much easier to pick people's thoughts on this board.

Tell Heisley to let the GM be the GM. Why does he have a hand in drafting? The Owner should gtfo in that situation.

Why don´t we make the picks instead of CW or Heisley? I mean, we have pretty much a consensum here, let us run the show! lol

@ DraftExpress Memphis probably ends up selling either 25 or 28 when it's all said and done. Waiting for last minute likely increases the quality of offers

Ladies and gentlemen, your Memphis Grizzlies!

So Heisley decided not to take a guy with no ACLs in favor of the guy with a liver problem who may need surgery in 20 years?

Fantastic.

Dejuan Blair's not that good, his defense is probably the worst in the league which pretty much cancels out anything he gives you. And Arthur>Blair imo

I fall under the thinking that anything and everything is better than DeMarre Carroll.

Seems like James Anderson is sliding, I wonder if there's a chance he's there at #25.

Grizzlies like Pondexter

League sources said Washington forward Quincy Pondexter ranks high on the Memphis Grizzlies’ draft board and could be available when they pick at No. 25.

From Yahoo.

1. Carroll's not that bad, people just hate him because Hollins kept putting him in to end games.
2. Anderson had a hamstring injury that's limited him on workouts which might cause him to fall
3. Picking Pondexter only makes sense if you don't pick a 3 with the 12th

I have a really funny feeling that Memphis is going to make a ridiculous pick and we all are going to scratch our heads.

You never know with this team. Whoever they choose in this draft needs to be the ones who will be able to contribute to playing on the court rather than collecting dust on the bench or playing in garbage time. Otherwise, what is the point. They need to make this draft night good in our favor.

I'm currently making dinner for the wife and kids and performing my obligatory apology in advance for the stomping, screaming and usage of all those words that I regularly frown upon others in the household for using. They all look "afraid" for some reason. I'm thinking they don't have faith in the Grizz braintrust either...

I am going to post my draft article for the Grizz in less than an hour. I would really like some feedback, if you would.
