alos find this interesting too.. my boy just sent this to me.... Iggy is all but gone. I think they were trying to get a 3rd team. Or trying to get another pick to send out with him. The convo between him and Collins supposedly didn't go so well.
I can say no more

That's not 'history' it's a stupid generalization that's not worth taking seriously.

And I'd love to see you tell Brad Miller he's not tough. He went from not getting drafted to making 2 all-star teams as a big in the West. He got there by working his ass off and being one of the toughest guys in the league.

You should probably read my post before reacting.

Didn't the convo between Iguodala and Collins take place a few weeks ago and wasn't it said to have gone very well? In fact, Iguodala endorsed the selection of Collins before it was finalized. Obviously, it could be true, but that seems contrary to what was reported earlier. Did they have a second meeting?

I don't know why they locked that. Nothing wrong with the post. Whatever.

I hope SF is half right (We aren't trading the pick) and this guy is right (Iggy is gone)...hopefully for Cousins.

This has to be the T'Wolves...Kings and Nets have pretty much come out and say they are taking Favors and Cousins so if this deal does go down...T'Wolves are probably the team.

EDIT: I am still not fully trusting this, but we'll see.

maybe Jefferson for Iguodala?

Holiday/Turner/Young/Brand/Jefferson?

Holiday/Turner/Iguodala/Brand/Hawes?

Word, 'scan.

I would take Brad Miller on my team any day. Lee, too.

I hate generalizations...it's just intellectual laziness, IMO.

Generalizations happen constantly in the NBA and guess what, sometimes they are right. Never once did I say Aldrich will not be tough or be a bad player but part of drafting is you pick who you think has the best chance to work out. I apologize that I'm not afraid to be labeled something I'm not so I can discuss it openly.

I rather keep Iggy if that is the deal.

Yeah, his knees and defense don't interest me.

Taking back Jefferson for Iguodala makes it kind of idiotic, but perhaps Jefferson and filler for Iguodala and Brand. That would certainly clear out most of the salaries. At the same time, Philly's defense would be painful to watch.

i would really like to see him moved tho... go primarily young and try to do things the right way.
Plus Thad would likely be able to play a significant role @ the 3, which could be fun

kill that Negadelphian thought process.

Just think we have a little over one hour till we are relevant again.

90 - 10

But giving Ed even the smallest chance to mess up is dangerous

Seriously though, only thing Ed did that made me pissed was the signing of Eddie Jordan.

Comcast just previewed their show tonight and said latest trade rumors, and it showed Iguodala. Probably doesn't mean squat, but I'm scratching for something.

Depending on what Lebron does, I don't think any team in the East will ever be relevant for the next 6 years.

If we leave with Turner alone I'm happy. Would love to leave with another big who can rebound and block, be it Aldrich, Whiteside, Sanders, Jordan, Alabi or who ever can potentially be our starting PF some time in the future.
