40th pick

Post#1 » by Indy2thaWindy » Fri Jun 25, 2010 2:49 am

I think it will either be Solomon Alabi, Jerome Jordan or Mikhail Torrance.
Alabi or Jordan to be the future replacement of Foster at backup center.
It couldn't hurt to see how good torrance could become.

How about Willie Warren?

LANCE STEPHENSON IS THE PICK. I'm not surprised. He had a really good workout with the Pacers, and honestly I think he is a first round talent for sure. Good pick.

We just picked
Lance Stephenson.

I'm liking this draft
for us.

We got 4 SG 2 SF and 2 C
McRoberts cant play center and Solo struggles a lot.
Torrance I think would have been the best PG on the team as soon as he came in.
And an athletic 7 footers is always good to bring off the bench.

Must admit I'm kinda disappointed that we didn't take Torrance, but I also don't know much about Stephenson, except he's a wing.

Kinda makes you wonder if there is a trade in the works since we haven't done anything about a PG yet.
Maybe something is waiting till cap space clears at the start of July?

This is a nice pick we are surely gonna be doing something by adding these two players. I'm thinking TJ, Rush, and Dunleavy are gonna be moving on.

Wow, could Willie Warren be there at 57? Really surprised he hasn't been selected.

I think Warren is a PG in this league.

Torrance Looks like Granger and Iguodala.
I woudn't mind Alabi at 57 either but torrance could be good, AJ Price I thinK was 54.
Warren would probly be 3rd on my list like i said pacers already drafted 2 shooting guards.

I love this pick. Even though we haven't gotten a point guard Larry suprised me tonight by drafting based on talent instead of experience. I think our team just got a little more athletic...FINALLY!

warren couldnt play point right away as torrance is a true pg. I think of warren as more of a willie green. Ther is a reason he has fallen this far.

Ryan Reid at 57?

Maybe a hard-nosed
type of player Bird
likes.

If he doesn't pan out,
at least 2nd Round
contracts aren't
guaranteed.

Stupid pick when Collins and Torrence are available.
Probably won't even put on a Pacers uniform

Apparently Torrence may have a heart condition.

Why does every post I see from you appear to be written in poetic form? Just curious?
