Combination of size, weight and limited upside. Will be a candidate for various summer league rosters though.

"Whoops" if I got this link from here, but I think it was from Morey's twitter.
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

i hate drafting tall long athletic but raw center (look at old seattle supersonics)
i don't mind patterson (at least he know how to play) but he's no landry #2

wrong. i think he can be better the landry. patterson IS the most underrated prospect in this draft. you guys got an absolute steal. and as far as anyone saying hes undersized...hes bigger then landry and alot longer.

I noticed that too and I just thought to myself that this guy is gonna be a bust. This may have been Morey's plan all along when he traded Carl if the comparison between Landry and Patterson is accurate

The kid thought he was a lottery pick and fell to the first round, isn't it natural to be disappointed? The way people interpret reactions on here is pretty incredible.

Patterson is a good pick for the Rockets, he's just a replacement for Landry as people have said.

I heard Patrick can shoot the three!? He also understands the game, so he should be able to contribute right away.
