They are a bunch of whiny bitches. Nobody has a clue how this draft went for anyone yet. Nobody. Not 1 minute has been played by any of them, lots of the players will be busts, a few will be good.

Still value (and potential)-wise we made some very poor decisions.

Johnson over Cousins (could have at least traded down)
Webster for Babbitt, Gomes
Hayward at 30 (could've possibly been there at 45)

lol at the overreactions. Johnson was the right pick. We got the best player in the Booker trade. On timberwolves.com regarding the Babbit trade "The Wolves simply needed to make the right financial move to allow for more cash to spend in free agency." If this extra million or whatever allows us to get either a great FA or simply absorb good players for teams cutting salary, this COULD end up working in our favor. I still don't like the deal, but will be especially bothered if they don't use the savings.

You realize that they did exactly opposite, right? They didn't save anything, they took on MORE salary.

This PR spin is almost as embarassing as the actual trade, btw.

Anyone can sig this or save it for later if they want, but I GUARANTEE Cousins won't have the impact the analysts and some of you think he will. He'll struggle to adjust with his conditioning and to playing faster, longer and more physical games as well as the longer schedule. He won't be a real ROY candidate, but he'll get mentions about his efficiency for it a lot like Love did a few years back.

Some of this may very well be true, but i struggle to see how someone as physical as cousins will struggle in physical games. And the Kings don't really need Cousins to step in and be a real ROY candidate (although i think he can be) and make a huge impact right away, especially with Dalembert, Landry and Thompson on the frontline.

If we didn't have a guy like Tyreke Evans, then i think more pressure would be on Cousins because we would have to hand the keys over to cousins to be the franchise guy. Thankfully that is not the case, and we can have them hopefully develop a hell of a duo instead.
