It's gonna be the most interesting off-season in NBA history, that's for sure.

With Chicago's recent moves, I'd have to say they are the favorites over the Knicks and Heat in the "LeBron quest." Who'd go with him? I'm not too sure. I'd think Bosh originally, but he had stated a while ago that he wanted to be a more first option. With a loaded team like the Bulls, I'm not sure he'd really get the attention that he would desire. But then again, it might be the best option for his career, being a potential second option, on a potential championship caliber team.

I think Wade stays in Miami, he'll have either Amar'e, or Bosh follow him I'd presume. They'd have more space, I think JJ would either go to Miami or Chicago, depending on where Bosh goes. A guy like David Lee is interesting, I would have said the Thunder before the Aldrich trade, but having to take on Peterson cut their capspace in half, so they wouldn't be able to afford him. The Nets are a safe option, but investing long term into a PF like Lee when just drafting Favors would seem like a move that would hurt them moreso in the future.

Guys like Scola, and Lowry will remain with us IMO. Haywood, Mayo, Frye, Bargnani, and Kaman all likely remain with their own teams. I'd go out and say the same with Hamilton, moreso because of the trouble of finding a taker for him and his long contract. I think Dirk stays with the Mavs too, but he'd be killer in Chicago if he and LeBron were to go there. Al Jefferson is an interesting one, I could even see us targeting him if the Bosh dream were to fail. Mike Miller will probably join a contender, if he was a bit quicker, he could even be that "triangle PG," for the Lakers. But yeah, depends on the shakeout of the other bigger moves made.

I'd think Iggy would be on the block with the addition of Turner, but could be for another season to see how the two play together. Milicic seems to be loved by Khan and the Wolves, so I'd be surprised if he went elsewhere. For the Grizzlies sake, I hope they match Gay's contract, but he'd be a pretty heavy commodity when teams miss out on the top FA's. I honestly would have no clue for Boozer, it'd be the same aforementioned problem with the Nets, having drafted their PF of the future. The Knicks would be an option, though I wonder what they'd decide with Lee too if they struck out. I'd think Salmons resigns with the Bucks, but they DID just acquire two wings in CDR and Maggette. Josh Howard is an interesting one, with the disappointments he's gone through with off the court problems, and injuries, his stock is quite low. I still remember a few seasons ago he was considered one of the better players in the league, a 2nd option on a team that made the NBA Finals.

As for McGrady, the NBDL sounds like a good option.
