OT: Need Feedback About Deron's Value (sim league)

Post#1 » by BIRDMAN BIRDMAN » Sat Jun 26, 2010 5:57 am

Hey there guys,

I play in a 2k sim league and I have been pondering for the past few days whether I should trigger or not. Do you personally think this is fair value for Deron?

I send:
Deron Williams
Trevor Ariza

The other team sends:
Zach Randolph
Caron Butler
Raymond Felton

Valuewise, is it worth it? Im sure some might say it depends on my line-up, but I just wanna know valuewise.

Thanks!

Without knowing the rest of your team, I would say you would not be getting good value, guys like Butler and Felton are a dime a dozen; Randolph put up good stats last year, but Williams' are harder to find.

You're not going to get objective advice here...

Terrible trade for you IMO, I would say no.

Even though what Happy Prole said is certainly true, that looks to be a complete and utter assjob for you. Finding the really high rated players is what give you a chance to compete, so unless you already have another two top tier guys there, then I wouldn't do that. Still....Randolph is a much better video game player than real life. I think you're getting taken, but if your team is built a certain way, I can see at least considering it.
