Speaking of lame and stupid comments, I'll let this stop at your Nazi reference and get back to basketball.

A "sweet shooter" who just hit 30% from 3pt range--and don't give me the bull about how his 44% freshman season was the reality and this year was only a result of people contesting his outside shots better. **NEWS FLASH** In the NBA the players are longer, more athletic and more aggressive, you think that those shots are all of a sudden going to become LESS contested? STFU.
I haven't been this devastated in a long time. All year I had visions of Favors and Turner ending up in a Jazz uni. When the Knicks won those last few key games that pushed them past Philly, Washington and Detroit (and even with LAC), I contented myself with the idea that we would at least have a shot at Monroe, and if all else failed, we would be able to fall back on a bona fide defensive ace like Aldrich. I could live with that.
Then the draft process wore on, Monroe's stock climbed and Aldrich's fell. Now it looks as though we are interested in a big white guy who is a perimeter 4 and might be able to play the 3. Fine. The guy shoots 50/40/90, and tests out as an elite athlete at the combine. I am disappointed, but at least I can see something there.
But no, we don't even go with that guy. Instead, we go with the guy who shot 46/30/83, who is an inch shorter, with shorter arms, far less athleticism and an Icabod Crane physique. I have stuck by the Jazz and defended them through a lot of hard-to-fathom decisions. Tonight, I have had enough. Tonight I only have one thing left to say: Fnck you, Kevin O'Connor.

I can say that as a whole, I like the Jazz board. I enjoyed the banter with many posters and I did want the Jazz to have a solid #9 pick. My motto was no Wall Turner, Cousins, no problem.
But out of all the posters in this forum, I am glad that you feel this way about your pick. Your behavior towards the Knicks was beyond obnoxious and I would be lying if I said I was not a little bit glad that you feel the way you do about the #9 selection.
But let me go on record and say I still like Hayward and I hope he can replace Korver. I still do not want him to bust.
