It's hard making this list. I remember the ones who became decent picks very well, but I don't like to think about the ones who busted, so I'm having a bit of trouble with that.

Whiteside, Seraphin, and Ebanks are my non lotto picks that will be considered steals.

Guillermo Diaz and Hassan Adams were nice. Horace you had the same thought as me about them.

I was a big Craig Smith fan in college and I knew he would be a serviceable player in the league.

I thought Greg Oden would be one of the scariest big men in the league and would show signs of challenging Dwight Howard for the best C in the NBA In his first two years.

I thought Randy Foye would be better than Brandon Roy.

I thought Love would be a bust and Mayo would have superstar written all over him.

tons either way just because I have an undeserved opinion on all sorts of guys so there's bound to be some hits and misses,

couple notable guys that I liked as stars and I think turned out well: Tyreke Evans and Rajon Rondo
couple guys I didn't like much at all but ended up looking really great: Russell Westbrook and Wesley Johnson

I also loved Danilo Gallinari during draft time as much as NY fans do now.

Rubio (jury is still out but I would have taken him #1 overall, awesome player and we didn't need Griffin)

Gerald Henderson (I'll say jury's still out too since Brown doesn't really play rookies, but I wanted to trade down from #6 and get him, I thought his outside shooting and defense would be exactly what we need)

Jrue Holliday (I liked Holliday as the #2 PG last year (barely ahead of Evans, way ahead of Flynn/Curry/Jennings.. so I was off a bit) looks like a solid pick at #17 now though)

Danny Green - about what I expected from him, looks like a 2nd rounder who'll stay in the NBA

Patrick Mills - I'd say the jury's still out on him too because of his injuries last year (I'm pretty sure he was hurt) + the depth that Portland had on their team... I wanted him at #28 and to be the temporary starter until Rubio came over (I wouldn't have taken Flynn at #6)

2008
Russell Westbrook - I thought he was going to be a stud and would have definitely considered trading down for #3 to #5 or #6 and taking him (but OKC surprised everyone by taking him)

Danilo Gallinari - I thought he'd be a stud in the NBA as well, jury's still out a bit on him

Mario Chalmers - I thought he should have went in the 20's and I thought he was going to be a steal there

Joe Alexander - I was high on him but probably wouldn't have taken him until 10 or so (he went 8 which was a too high for him at the time), but I thought he'd be a solid pro

2007
Greg Oden - I thought he'd be in the DPOY conversation, an all-star, and a top 3 C in the NBA by now... injuries have hurt him

Mike Conley - I thought he'd be a franchise PG that you could build a team around

I like LMA, Roy, Sene, R. Brewer

I thought Rashad McCants was going to be a poor man's Ray Allen. I thought Beasley was going to be a stud (still could be).

I always liked Rudy Gay.

I was pretty high on Deandre Jordan.

I don't think Mayo will be an elite player, maybe borderline All-Star level, but not anything more than that. Looks to be true so far.

Yea but that is because I knew him in high school. I still think he would have been a decent pro if not for the denver thing.
