What people don't understand is LeBron and Wade have FAR more of a Magic Johnson mentality then Jordan mentality.

They want to lead their teams but they both have a love and respect for teammates and that is something you don't see from a lot of superstars. A potential LeBron and Wade pairing may present a few problems but jostling for that alpha-dog, top spot mentality will not be one of them.

And the whole Wade will have one more ring bears nothing, in my opinion. Honestly once you get 3+ rings in this league the actual number that you have becomes a little bit irrelevant..it's less the number you have and more the satisfaction in knowing that you were able to win multiple titles in this league.

Magic has 2 more rings then Bird but to me that doesn't matter, as at the end of the day they both proved one thing, that they could lead teams to multiple championships in this league.

They have to move james jones to offer 3 max slots..unless someone wants to sign for a bit less. I think LBJ,Wade,Amare is more likely..Bosh and Joe Johnson to chicago.

Lebron
Wade
Qrich
Amare
JO

Rose
Joe J
Deng
Bosh
Noah

If Miami REALLY wanted to get the 3rd max slot, they would wouldnt have rejected Beasley for Ryan Gomes buyout which would have gave them roughly 39 mil + Wade.

Actually you can make an argument that Wade would be getting some of those Finals MVP's. I like Lebron but Wade isn't exactly a playoff slouch, and on the biggest stage he has stepped his game up...look how Wade played in the Olympics for example on a team filled with stars in the pressure game against Spain.

Who closes the games? Who takes the last shots? You could make an argument Wade would, he's the guy who has the ring already.

Lebron dominates the ball but he is more of a passer than scorer in his mentality, would he be fine not being the #1 scoring option? Cause usually the top scorer gets the glory at the end of the day.

Having seen Lebron since high-school, I just don't think his ego could deal with it.

Or they think they'll be able to dump Beasley for a 2nd rounder if worse comes to worse and they can't get any value back.

Riley knows what he's doing.

It would be an interesting career choice for Lebron.

Even if he does win a title, people would hold that stacked team against him and say he cant win without Wade etc

Also, say good bye to any future MVPs

I dont think he signs.

Are you just a Cavaliers fan that hopes this doesn't happen? Cause, LeBron has less of an on court ego, towards his teammates then any superstar since Magic Johnson. This is the guy that has passed up good shots, for great shots in crunch time situations feeding the ball to an open teammate and not forcing last shots because it is ultimately the smarter basketball play.

He has openly discussed frustrations with players like Mo Williams or Shaq not getting all-star selections. A guy with a big ego, would not do something like that IMO, as not having any other all-stars on the team only boosts the perception of his greatness.

You would never sit all three at the same time, therefore 10+ minutes a game you'd see Wade/Bosh, 10+ you'd see Wade/Bron and 10+ you'd see Bron/Bosh.

They'd score 120 points a game. Probably 30+ a night on fast breaks.

Nope. All three have a high usage rate, and there will be a drop off in stats.

Wade - 34.9 USG%
Lebron - 33.5 USG%
Bosh - 28.7 USG%

Wade will be known as the better man as he will have more titles in the end than Lebron.

In any event, Stephen A Smith said 6 days ago he was going to join the Knicks.

I wouldn't put to much word in his opinion, not factual source.

Doubt that...if the guy puts up a near triple double..which if he has teammates that can get their own offense and relieve some of the burden off his shoulders I can easily see him pulling down near 20-25PPG, 10APG, 10 RPG and that teams wins a lot of games...he will definitley be right up there in MVP voting if not win them. As could Wade if he did the same.

And in 20-25 years when we look back if he wins multiple titles and couple that with his potential career numbers, which he is on a path to put up some absolutely gaudy ones, regardless of who was on his team people will say...that guy played this game like few ever have in the history of the league.

Basically my point is, while I understand the spirit of your post, none of it is truly a factor when it's all said and done.

This first argument I get even though I think getting rings trumps everything. No one is holding it against Kobe that he got Gasol.

The bolded part makes no sense to me.

ill bite. Say Wade,LBJ,and Bosh sign for 1mill less give or take,Buy out James Jones+dump Beasly for nothing..they are than roughly 3mill under the cap with a 4 man roster of Wade,Bosh,Lebron,Chalmers. From here all they have to do is fill out the roster with 8 minimum players to make a 12 man roster which shouldnt be too hard to convince ring chasers.

It's the internet...people's first sense it to try and think of points and debunk the reasons as to why something would or would not work.

There could definitley be hiccups in such a pairing but the pros of a potential Wade-LeBron tandem on court and legacy wise would definitley outweigh the cons.

in 30 years when we look back, somebody that analyzes the game of Kobe Bryant objectively will definitley say he won multiple titles in this league and put up career numbers that rival the best that have ever played the game, making him indeed one of the best to ever lace them up..not THE best, as to me deeming anyone the best at anything is arbitrary notion....if someone decidedly puts an asterisk next to his name denoting titles won with Gasol or Shaq then you've got a hater.
