Lets hope so. But as mentioned, none of these sources/reporters/analysts/experts' reports mean a thing until something actually. Multiple sources/insiders have every FA a "lock'' or "sure thing" going to every team

what a coincidence I was just sitting here at home, minding my own business, when suddenly Pip (my doberman) had this strange look on his face. I looked at him and asked "what's wrong boy", of course I wasn't expecting a response...but to my surprise he said "this sucks". Bwahh, "did you just talk boy?", "you heard me fool" says Pip, "this sucks, I'm a Knicks fan and Lebron is going to the Bulls".

Seriously though, thanks for passing it along Doug. Like all other news about this free-agent period, i'll take it with a grain of salt.

Speaking of people with sources: why did TyRose2425 get banned? He's a solid/great poster.

Doug, as you admit, most of the info your sources share do not come to fruition. But it is good to hear any info, good or bad, and thanks for sharing.

Hope this is true.

FWIW, it should be pointed out for those that arent aware, Doug has been predicting (hunch based, i take it) that it would be no-Bron-to-Bulls, so this is no self-aggrandizing on Doug's part by any means.

I can't really say who it is, I debated for 30 minutes whether to post it or not, because I know I have to face all of you in a week, and I don't know what to make of it. Plus, I know how annoying these rumors are and how everyone hates the "my sources" crap. Heck, even I hate it. I almost hate being told stuff like this just because I waffle on how much to say.

I ultimately decided people would rather know than not know what I heard even if you get to crucify me in a week.

I will say, I find the information hard to believe because I personally don't believe LeBron has made a final decision yet, but my source was quite confident.

There's no reason to suspect this source is any more accurate than other real journalist's sources, but we also know Doug wouldn't put his reputation out there if he really didn't hear this from somebody who would actually know something. That doesn't mean this is the correct source only that this is a bit more than the many fans/posters who've claimed they "have a source."
