GAAAAAAH! The SI jinx. Stick a fork in us...

EDIT: Can they run a cover of the Golden Boy next week, to counteract Eli's jinx this week? PLEASE?! :noway:

Calm down they did this with Peyton last year and I admit as a Colts fan it bothered me until I realized the SB was two weeks later.. so after a week it won't matter.

Especially when they put Urlacher's picture the week after Peyton's...

A year ago, after going 8-8 and losing to the Eagles, followed by Tiki's retirement and everybody wanting Coughlin gone, who would've thought that Eli would be on the cover of SI with the Giants being picked to win the SB over an 18-0 legendary Patriots team? If someone told me that, I would've guessed we acquired some damn good superstars in the offseason, yet our biggest acquisition was Kawika Mitchell. Crazy, crazy season.

Another challenge for the Giants to overcome.
