Grunfeld explaining the Yi trade ...
"This trade is a good opportunity to add a skilled 7-footer with significant NBA experience who was the sixth overall pick in the draft just three years ago..."
Question Ernie ... how can you have "significant" NBA experience despite being drafted "just" 3 years ago?
My interpretation of the Wizard's offseason strategy ...
1. Win the lottery
2. Stock as many PGs as possible
3. Become more Chinese
4. Take a nice chunk out of that cap space w/o key signees
5. Make Arenas sane
Mission accomplished ... almost.

He averaged 25, 23, and 31 minutes per game over those three years. That adds up. Besides I'd rather have that in a kid in his early 20's than an "experienced" vet who has spent his years of experience eating up garbage time.
