Source - Lebron Shopping For Apartments In NY

Not sure if this was posted.

LeBron James, Ohio native and potential cash cow for NYC, apparently visited a nearly $13 million apartment in the Big Apple this past weekend. Prudential Douglas Elliman vice chairman Dolly Lenz told FOX Business's Liz Claman, "He was spotted the day before yesterday at a Greenwich Village condo. Looking, and trying it out -making sure the ceilings were high enough. It was actually quite interesting. The one he was looking at is $12,950,000-esque."

This would be the second apartment the "King" allegedly perused (the first may have been this one in Columbus Circle, though it's unclear whether it's just wishful thinking). But does this mean he wants to play for the Knicks? Well, according to the Post's Marc Berman, the Knicks are trailing in the LeBron sweepstakes—they are even behind the Nets!

Dude is A-Rod to the twentieth power.
But again, if he really likes all the hoopla, what happens if he goes back to Cleveland, or has to share Miami with Wade? The young stars of the NBA are coming fast and furiously. He won't remain the #1 topic of conversation unless he's in NYC. And one of those stars in Derrick Rose, who really has his own thing going on as far as being the franchise star. But I agree, the house-hunting stuff is really amateur hour.

If I were him I wouldn't buy anything in NY unless he signs here. He's gonna be one hated dude in NY should he sign w Chi, Miami, Nets. Cleveland, he'll get a pass, these other schmoe's, no.

Come on guys. 2 more days. I mean at least people have seen him at these two apartments though, and not "Michael Jordan showing LeBron around Chicago while hes wearing a Bulls hat", but this is stupid. NYC is a great city and whether he signs here or not he could just want a pad to chill at when hes in town.

No its different.. and I wouldn't believe me if I was reading this, but I had somebody tell me at a party on saturday that they had a friend who saw LeBron apartment hunting earlier that day. (I also had a goof friend who saw LeBron in the city on Saturday, and it was exciting hearing both these reports within a couple of hours). I didn't believe the apartment hunting, but this was before the two articles. There might actually be something to it..
