I'd say "stay on your board" but it's probably no fun talking to yourself. Especially since it would be you talking to you. I wouldn't wish that upon anyone. Even you.

And yet Prokhorov is still a stiff. Come on...you have to admit it. His billions will OBVIOUSLY help but that sign looks ridiculous, no one is going to know who the heck he is and he needs to figure out a way to appear more "fan friendly". I mean I thought he was going to lean over, open is mouth freakingly wide and bite Irene Pollin's head off (right out of some b-rate horror movie) when they announced the Wizards had won the lottery. When James Dolan is like Don Juan compared to Prokhorov in terms of charisma you know you're in trouble.

That Prokhorov guy looks like the villain Ivan Korshunov (Gary Oldman) in the Air Force One movie with Harrison Ford. Gary Oldman was so scary and convincing in that role, his nickname was "Crazy Gary" during production. Prokhorov is skinny, ugly and scary. He looks like a crazy guy from a russian criminal organization and not really like the owner of an NBA Team.

Just like in the Godfather movie, I could see Prokhorov making Lebron an offer he can't refuse or he'll see a dead horse's head in his bed the next day when he wakes up. LOL

and isn't it ironic that jay z tried to buy into the knicks and got rebuffed and the russian tried to buy the knicks first and got rebuffed and settled for the nets. why because they know the knicks are still the basketball team for New York..

WADR the Nets are somewhere between the Kansas City Kings and Seattle Super Sonics on the spectrum of NBA relevance.

Say what you want, but if the Nets get Lebron, or even just get really good and the Knicks continue to struggle there's going to be a ton of Knicks to Nets fan converts bandwagoning it up again, just like during the Jason Kidd era.
