Bulls send Deng for Jefferson after we sign LBJ.

What do you think?

What is Jefferson's contract?

Still a no. Jefferson has 3 years remaining with 13, 14 and 15 mil.

Not the first time this trade has been proposed and certainly not the last. You need to add some picks if you want us to even consider this. Remember, Minnesota rejected TT (who was later traded for a pick) and Deng for Jefferson last year.

Deng/Gibson/1st rounder for Jefferson/Hollins/Ellington

We clear Hollins contract, get an athletic PF who can block shots and Deng. Deng actually has good ball handiling ability and I actually think a Deng/Johnson/Webster rotation would work great. All 3 play defense, Wes and Martell are the shooters and Deng has a great mid-range game and can create a little bit. Trade Brewer for Anthony Randolph...

Darko - Pekovic -
Love - A.Randolph
Deng - Johnson - Randolph
Johnson - Webster
Flynn - Sessions

Chicago needs some players, so getting Hollins and Ellington allows them to fill some of their bench all while adding a dominant post scorer to their lineup which LBJ has never had and will find quite useful in the playoffs. Noah is a perfect compliment to Jefferson.

Noah - Hollins
Jefferson - ???
LBJ - Johnson
FA#2 - Ellington
Rose - ???

Why is Chicago trying to sell us Deng everyday? He is overpaid, and is injured 27.5% of the time... 119 games played in the last two seasons out of 164 possible... not worth it at all, you wanna toss Noah into the mix maybe we can figure something out.

If we can convince Memphis to S&T Gay and they want Deng instead of Jefferson as the piece going back, you have a deal. Otherwise the only deal I'd imagine Minnesota would accept from Chicago is pure capspace, a pick and maybe a prospect.
