Rudy Gay, our backup plan just resigned...

So if we dont get LBJ, who should we go after?

Should we trade for Marvin Williams?
Go after Pierce?
Go after RJ?
Go after Barnes?

Ronnie Brewer, Anthony Morrow, Mike Miller, Matt Barnes, and if desperate enough T-Mac.

Marvin Williams and Luol Deng in trading situations. ahem.. James Singleton too.

Great, now we wont waste money on another chucker. Lets bring in Ronnie instead. Fits our needs much better.

FA targets:
Morrow/Childress (both RFA, don't want to overpay for them)
Brewer (in this market, he may be overpaid)
Mike Miller (would have to really overpay for him)
Matt Barnes (wouldn't want to overpay for him though)
Shaun Livingston

Trade targets:
Marvin Williams
Luol Deng
Andre Iguodola
Tayshaun Prince (this would be my number one choice if he could be had for cap space)
Mikael Pietrus
Trevor Ariza
Shane Battier
Lamar Odom (doubtful plus fit would be questionable)
Kelenna Azuibuke (could probably be had for cap space)
I really like 1840s merchant vessels. Basketball on the other hand, I can take it or leave it...

Our main focus should be on Brewer and Prince or Iggy or 'Buike. I bet T-Mac could still give 20-25 min per game.

@PG3
R.Gay = Glad he went back to Memphis and signed a bloated contract
Pierce = staying in Boston
RJ = HELL NO!
Barnes = maybe

Now that could be a good idea, Wright being a solid defender, a hustler, and can spread the floor to make the 3. Could help us out.
