heya, i'm late to the party. Can someone point me at the rules, or give a summary, and fill me in on what's going on? I'm basically drooling in the corner while eating worms...

Just an FYI: We're going to have to do a joint-commissioner thing again for our leagues. I currently don't have enough time to run everything. And it's nearly impossible to run a league if you're not a mod on this forum. Does somebody mind - if they have the time - posting all rosters and indicating who's over the limit?

I'd like to co-commish Sly...and to show my worthiness...here's the rosters I have. If there are any errors, let me know. You'll see that some managers still need to make the IL drops/replacements. We have until tomorrow night.

Welcome aboard. Draft pick info for each team is on page 1. Your team has a 2nd rounder this year. Order is to be determined. We have a lottery but I can't tell you how the balls are distributed though the champion gets the last pick. We can trade draft picks up to two years out. It is a two round draft, straight, not snake. Clear roster space as you draft. A lot of manager do forfeit their 2nd round pick.

My team is flush with bigs and pgs. I'm looking for a very good and young-ish SG if anyone wants to talk trade.

I guess my next question is: who is eligible to be drafted? Can it be anyone not currently on a roster? Can I draft an nba player no one has? Can I draft a high school phenom who is nowhere near declaring?

You can draft anyone who is not currently on a roster and who is currently in the NBA. WE limit the list to people who are actually available on Yahoo, were drafted in the NBA draft, or who are officially signed by a team. IT can get tricky with guys who go over seas, but as far as I understand it, as long as they're currently owned by a team in the NBA, they're eligible.

I see you are slow to get off the shift key, just like I am. I'm always having to edit my posts to remove extra caps.
